font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Des<strong> probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9<\/strong> m\u2019ont amen\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>repenser compl\u00e8tement mes assiettes<\/strong> et j&rsquo;attache une importance toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la <strong>qualit\u00e9 de mon alimentation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"> J&rsquo;ai supprim\u00e9 le <strong>gluten<\/strong> et le <strong>lait animal<\/strong>, je ne consomme plus ou tr\u00e8s peu de <strong>produits transform\u00e9s<\/strong>, plus de <strong>sucre raffin\u00e9<\/strong> et je fais attention aux <strong>modes de cuisson<\/strong> de mes aliments (je me suis d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9quip\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;un <strong>super cuit vapeur<\/strong>!) ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 leurs<strong> index glyc\u00e9miques<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Quand j&rsquo;annonce mon <strong>\u00ab\u00a0alimentation d\u00e9cal\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> aux\u00a0 personnes que je rencontre, elles ont souvent la m\u00eame r\u00e9action, <strong>l&rsquo;air vraiment d\u00e9sol\u00e9 pour moi<\/strong>, et me disent souvent la m\u00eame chose <strong>\u00ab\u00a0ma pauvre, tu ne peux plus rien manger!\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Et bien, c&rsquo;est<strong> tout le contraire!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">En <strong>changeant mes habitudes<\/strong>\u00a0 j&rsquo;ai\u00a0\u00a0bris\u00e9 une<strong> routine alimentaire bien triste<\/strong>, faite de <strong>plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s<\/strong> et de <strong>repas qui se r\u00e9p\u00e9taient<\/strong>, et je suis <strong>tomb\u00e9e en amour pour la cuisine<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert tout plein de<strong> nouveaux aliments, un monde de saveurs, <\/strong>et<strong> je ne me s\u00e9pare plus de mon tablier!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Ici, je partage avec vous mes <strong>petites tambouilles \u00ab\u00a0sans\u00a0\u00bb pleines de bonnes choses,<\/strong> celles que j&rsquo;imagine et que je concocte<strong> avec<\/strong> <strong>passion,<\/strong> elles sont <strong>sans pr\u00e9tention<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tous. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Ce blog s&rsquo;adresse donc aux <strong>intol\u00e9rants alimentaires<\/strong> mais aussi, et surtout, aux <strong>gourmands<\/strong> en tous genres. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Parce que je l&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu, je sais qu&rsquo;un <strong>changement d&rsquo;habitudes aussi important<\/strong> peut <strong>effrayer <\/strong>et\u00a0amener parfois \u00e0 se sentir tr\u00e8s <strong>seul et d\u00e9muni<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Sans soutien on peut vite \u00eatre tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;abandonner<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"> <strong>Ma force<\/strong> je l&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9e dans les livres, sur les <strong>blogs<\/strong> et les <strong>r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>, <strong>en partageant avec d&rsquo;autres personnes<\/strong> qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai envie, \u00e0 mon tour, d&rsquo;<strong>apporter cette aide qui m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cieuse<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
