font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">500 gr d&rsquo;un mix de farines sans gluten ( j&rsquo;ai mis 250gr de farine de riz complet, 150gr de farine de sarrasin, 100gr de tapioca et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gomme de guar)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 sachet de levure boulang\u00e8re sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs entiers + 1 jaune<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sans sucres<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">20 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre rapadura<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">des graines de s\u00e9same<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites ti\u00e9dir<\/strong> dans une casserole \u00e0 feu doux le lait, l&rsquo;eau, le sucre et la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble la farine, la levure et le sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Battez<\/strong> les 2 \u0153ufs dans un r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 part<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> au m\u00e9lange sec le liquide et les \u0153ufs battus en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Farinez<\/strong> vos mains et <strong>formez<\/strong> 4 boules de p\u00e2te, <strong>d\u00e9posez-les<\/strong> sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et<strong> recouvrez-les<\/strong> d&rsquo;un torchon humide<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> la plaque dans le four \u00e0 40\u00b0 pendant 1h (le temps pour les buns de lever)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois que les buns ont bien lev\u00e9 <strong>badigeonnez-les<\/strong> de jaune d&rsquo;oeuf et\u00a0<strong>faites les cuire<\/strong> 30 \u00e0 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> les buns en deux, <strong>composez<\/strong> vos burgers et <strong>replacez<\/strong> au four le temps de faire fondre le fromage\/fauxmage<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
