Le fondant du fromage dans les salades? etc&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Je n&rsquo;ai pas tard\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 toutes ces questions (ou du moins une des r\u00e9ponses) : <strong>le houmous<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Voil\u00e0 son secret&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0une petite bo\u00eete de pois chiches (ou des pois chiches secs qui auront tremp\u00e9 une nuit dans l&rsquo;eau et que vous aurez fait cuire au pr\u00e9alable)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tahin (pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">une gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">un peu de tabasco (si vous aimez quand \u00e7a pique!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">du sel, du poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">de l&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Rincez <\/strong>abondamment les pois chiches<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Mixez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients en ajoutant de l&rsquo;eau au fur et \u00e0 mesure jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la consistance soit cr\u00e9meuse \u00e0 souhait ( n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 laisser le mixeur tourner 5 bonnes minutes)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>D\u00e9gustez<\/strong> sans mod\u00e9ration! ( Pour ma part j&rsquo;en mange quasiment \u00e0 tous les repas!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>P.S: Les puristes du houmous insisterons pour \u00e9plucher les pois chiches avant de le pr\u00e9parer.
