poisson\u00a0en papillote, non,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">On a faim de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>qui r\u00e9conforte<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, qui<strong> transporte loin, tr\u00e8s loin<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Voici une recette que je r\u00e9alise tr\u00e8s souvent et qui satisfait bien ce genre de faim chez moi: celle de l&rsquo;<strong>avocado toast<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Rien de bien original, je sais, mais je tenais \u00e0 partager avec vous <strong>ma version sans gluten et sans lactose.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">C&rsquo;est parti!<\/span><\/p>\n<figure 12pt;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Pour deux personnes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">deux \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">un bel avocat bien m\u00fbr<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me de soja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">deux \u00e9paisses tranches de pain sans gluten ( du commerce ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/12\/08\/pain-extra-moelleux-riz-sarrasin\/\">maison<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">du tabasco (vous avez remarqu\u00e9 que j&rsquo;en mets partout? on adore les plats relev\u00e9s par ici!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">du sel, du poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">un bol d&rsquo;eau froide<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Faites<\/strong> bouillir de l&rsquo;eau dans une casserole, lorsqu&rsquo;elle est \u00e0 \u00e9bullition plongez-y les oeufs d\u00e9licatement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Comptez<\/strong> 6 minutes de cuisson \u00e0 partir de la reprise de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition ( et pas une de plus, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8\u00e8\u00e8s important!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Une fois le temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, retirez les \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9cumoire et <strong>plongez les <\/strong>dans le\u00a0bol d&rsquo;eau froide pour arr\u00eater leur cuisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dans une assiette<strong> \u00e9crasez<\/strong> l&rsquo;avocat \u00e0 la fourchette, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> la cr\u00e8me de soja,<strong> assaisonnez\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Faites griller<\/strong> vos tranches de pain<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Proc\u00e9dez<\/strong> au montage de vos toasts: <strong>tartinez<\/strong> le pain avec la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;avocat puis <strong>d\u00e9posez <\/strong>l&rsquo;oeuf en appuyant d\u00e9licatement dessus afin qu&rsquo;il se fende et que le jaune coule un peu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> un peu de tabasco pour la d\u00e9co<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Croquez<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Et <strong>appr\u00e9ciez<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La <strong>douceur<\/strong> de l\u2019\u0153uf qui se marie au <strong>moelleux<\/strong> de l&rsquo;avocat sur le <strong>croustillant <\/strong>du pain&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Sur les photos je n&rsquo;ai pas mis de cr\u00e8me soja (je n&rsquo;en avais pas ce jour l\u00e0!), c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon aussi mais la consistance cr\u00e9meuse est plus
