Ce sont elles qui m&rsquo;ont permis de trouver en moi la force n\u00e9cessaire pour accomplir ce \u00ab\u00a0<strong>reset alimentaire<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong> Quinoa et Basmati<\/strong> c&rsquo;est donc aussi, et avant tout, beaucoup de\u00a0<strong>partage<\/strong> et la <strong>d\u00e9couverte d&rsquo;une jolie communaut\u00e9<\/strong>, celle de personnes sensibilis\u00e9es au <strong>bien manger<\/strong>,\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>alimentation sant\u00e9<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> On choisit rarement de modifier son alimentation comme \u00e7a, pour le plaisir, il y a en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral une <strong>prise de conscience<\/strong> et bien souvent elle est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un<strong> corps qui s&rsquo;alarme<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Derri\u00e8re chaque univers que j&rsquo;ai pu d\u00e9couvrir, il y a de<strong> riches parcours de vie<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai eu envie de leur faire une petite place par ici. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Peut \u00eatre que certains d&rsquo;entre vous pourront s&rsquo;y reconna\u00eetre et que leurs r\u00e9cits vous apporteront le\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9confort <\/strong>qui m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 si cher, en tout cas je suis persuad\u00e9e qu&rsquo;ils seront, pour tout le monde, de <strong>belles sources d&rsquo;inspiration<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pas de recette aujourd&rsquo;hui ,donc, mais la <strong>premi\u00e8re belle rencontre<\/strong> d&rsquo;une longue s\u00e9rie, celle de la p\u00e9tillante\u00a0<strong>Astrid<\/strong>, auteure du blog <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thebellybrain.blog\/\">The Belly Brain<\/a><\/strong>, qui ouvre le bal nous racontant son petit<strong> miracle<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Pr\u00e9sente toi en quelques lignes (qui es-tu? tes traits de caract\u00e8re, tes passions, tes valeurs&#8230; pourquoi et quand as tu d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer d\u2019alimentation\u00a0?)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je m&rsquo;appelle <strong>Astrid<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai 28 ans et je suis.. ravie d\u2019\u00eatre la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 t\u00e9moigner sur ton blog ! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Me d\u00e9crire en 3 mots ? Je dirais que je suis <strong>curieuse<\/strong>, <strong>avenante<\/strong> et un peu<strong> t\u00eate en l&rsquo;air<\/strong> (ou r\u00eaveuse, tout d\u00e9pend comment on le voit \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 ).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;<strong>aventure<\/strong>, les <strong>nouveaux projets<\/strong> et passer des heures \u00e0<strong> refaire le monde<\/strong> avec toutes les personnes qui croisent mon chemin. J&rsquo;aime les nouvelles<strong> rencontres<\/strong> et je suis persuad\u00e9e que chaque personne est mise sur notre route pour nous apporter quelque chose, aussi infime soit-il.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai eu la chance de beaucoup <strong>voyager<\/strong> pendant ma jeunesse et je pense que cela a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire de moi quelqu&rsquo;un de<strong> curieux et avide de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Alors que j&rsquo;\u00e9tudie aux Etats-Unis, je commence \u00e0 ressentir des<strong> douleurs incompr\u00e9hensibles dans l&rsquo;ensemble de mon corps<\/strong>. Aux douleurs s&rsquo;ajoutent rapidement une <strong>fatigue quotidienne<\/strong>, des <strong>vertiges<\/strong> et plein plein d&rsquo;autres sympt\u00f4mes. Plusieurs mois apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res douleurs, tous ces sympt\u00f4mes deviennent difficilement supportables, <strong>mes muscles sont spasm\u00e9s<\/strong>,<strong> durs<\/strong>,<strong> je dors mal<\/strong>, les vertiges s&rsquo;accentuent et j&rsquo;ai <strong>mal de la t\u00eate au pied<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Mon \u00e9tat commence vraiment \u00e0 me d\u00e9sesp\u00e9rer<\/em>. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Du cot\u00e9 des m\u00e9decins, on me parle d\u2019<strong>anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quelque personnes de mon entourage me parlent alors de <strong>fibromyalgie<\/strong>, maladie mieux reconnue aux US qu&rsquo;en France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> En regardant en ligne, je tombe sur d&rsquo;innombrables messages de personnes qui souffrent de <strong>douleurs chroniques<\/strong> et qui n&rsquo;arrivent pas \u00e0 trouver de solutions pour aller mieux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Deuxi\u00e8me coup de massue<\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">S&rsquo;en suivent alors plusieurs jours de recherches acharn\u00e9es sur internet, et je commence \u00e0 trouver de rares t\u00e9moignages de personnes qui s&rsquo;en sont sorties. J&rsquo;entends parler du <strong>r\u00e9gime Seignalet<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Du jour au lendemain, je m&rsquo;y mets. Je n&rsquo;ai <strong>rien \u00e0 perdre<\/strong> finalement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>J\u2019\u00e9change volontiers le pain et le fromage contre la douleur<\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Au bout de<strong> quelques semaines<\/strong>, <strong>les vertiges ont quasi disparus<\/strong> et j&rsquo;arrive de nouveau \u00e0 dormir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Au bout de <strong>quelques mois<\/strong>, les<strong> douleurs sont bien moins importantes<\/strong> et un grand nombre d&rsquo;autres sympt\u00f4mes ont disparues. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, 18 mois plus tard, je n&rsquo;ai ni douleur, ni plus aucun autre sympt\u00f4me\u00a0de la fibromyalgie. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Parle nous un peu de ton blog, de ton univers.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">En voyant <strong>mon \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer \u00e0 la vitesse de la lumi\u00e8re<\/strong>, je reste bouche b\u00e9e. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il faut que je partage \u00e7a ! Bien plus qu&rsquo;une envie, c&rsquo;est un besoin ! Le besoin de savoir que d&rsquo;autres personnes souffrant de douleurs chroniques auront la possibilit\u00e9 de tomber sur des t\u00e9moignages. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je d\u00e9cide alors de poster des recettes, des photos de mes plats, pour prouver qu&rsquo;on peut s&rsquo;alimenter de mani\u00e8re hypotoxique (sans produits inflammatoires) et continuer \u00e0 se faire plaisir ! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mon but ? sensibiliser au fait que la douleur chronique n&rsquo;est pas une fin en soit. Un an plus tard, je re\u00e7ois de temps en temps des messages de personnes dont la route a crois\u00e9 mon blog et qui me remercient, et mon dieu&#8230; quel bonheur !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Quels conseils donnerais-tu aux personnes qui souhaitent changer d\u2019alimentation\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>NE DOUTEZ PAS !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je pense qu&rsquo;il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 <strong>se d\u00e9tacher de la peur de ne pas \u00eatre capable<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On est souvent capables de bien plus que ce que l&rsquo;on pense. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il faut croire en ce que l&rsquo;on fait car vous rencontrerez beaucoup de sceptiques sur votre route. Commencez, et vous aurez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait la moiti\u00e9 du chemin. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai tendance \u00e0 me dire que \u00ab\u00a0<strong>dans tout voyage, le premier pas est le plus compliqu\u00e9<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>ENTOUREZ-VOUS !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Lors des premiers mois, je me suis beaucoup inspir\u00e9e d&rsquo;autres t\u00e9moignages de personnes aux US qui avaient soign\u00e9e leur pathologie en changeant leur alimentation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Suivre leur avanc\u00e9e me permettait de ne pas baisser les bras lors des p\u00e9riodes de doute. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Instagram<\/strong> est un outil puissant sur lequel j&rsquo;ai pu discuter avec de nombreuses personnes traversant des situations similaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>SOYEZ INDULGENTS AVEC VOUS-M\u00caME !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">M\u00eame si changer son alimentation demande de la rigueur, <strong>il est important d&rsquo;y aller petit \u00e0 petit et d&rsquo;\u00e9couter son corps<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">On ne peut pas \u00eatre sur tous les fronts en m\u00eame temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai entrepris beaucoup de cure de jus, cure de cru, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame eu ma p\u00e9riode v\u00e9gan (de nombreux mois sans aucun produit animal). Toutes ces techniques m&rsquo;ont aid\u00e9 mais je pense qu<strong>&lsquo;il est possible de soulager la douleur en allant \u00e0 son rythme et en gardant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre alimentaire qui vous convient<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Quelles sont tes recettes f\u00e9tiches\u00a0? S\u2019il fallait n\u2019en r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019une sur ton blog ce serait laquelle?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le dhal de lentilles, qui permet de se faire plaisir avec un petit plat chaud r\u00e9confortant et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9 tout en consommant un max de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales !<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">La cr\u00e8me de fauxmage aux noix de cajou, au vrai(faux) go\u00fbt de fromage parfaite pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro ! La recette est simple, il suffit d&rsquo;un bon mixeur !<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et mon pr\u00e9fer\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/thebellybrain.fr\/recette-facile-de-cake-moelleux-a-la-banane-et-aux-pepites-de-chocolat\/\">le banana bread vegan maxi moelleux<\/a> ! Je ne suis pas sucr\u00e9 mais je pense sinc\u00e8rement que c&rsquo;est mon g\u00e2teau pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous aimez la banane, les arachides et le chocolat : il est pour vous ! Il y aura des jours avec et des jours sans. Il y aura des jours ou vous r\u00eaverez d&rsquo;une grosse pizza 3 fromages et une bi\u00e8re. Des jours o\u00f9 vous aurez envie de tout envoyer balader. Des jours o\u00f9 vous aurez l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre seule.
