{"id":1993,"date":"2018-05-09T08:00:12","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T06:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=1993"},"modified":"2021-06-25T16:56:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-25T14:56:00","slug":"scones-coco-aux-fruits-rouges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/05\/09\/scones-coco-aux-fruits-rouges\/","title":{"rendered":"Carr\u00e9s coco aux fruits rouges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Le go\u00fbter du dimanche, c&rsquo;est sacr\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Vous me direz, le go\u00fbter c&rsquo;est sacr\u00e9 point final, oui, mais celui du dimanche tout particuli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de se retrouver en<strong> famille<\/strong> autour d&rsquo;une <strong>gourmandise<\/strong>, de r\u00e9colter quelques <strong>compliments<\/strong> (moi? les chevilles qui gonflent? jamais!) et d&rsquo;avoir tout simplement le <strong>plaisir de r\u00e9galer la galerie<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Et puis c&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;<strong>innover<\/strong>, d&rsquo;essayer de <strong>nouvelles tambouilles<\/strong>, des qui demandent un peu plus de pr\u00e9cision que d&rsquo;habitude, des plus risqu\u00e9es qu&rsquo;on pourrait s&rsquo;autoriser \u00e0 rater puisqu&rsquo;on aura le temps pour un plan B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;est justement l&rsquo;histoire de mes <strong>d\u00e9licieux carr\u00e9s coco aux fruits rouges,<\/strong> longtemps que je voulais en cuisiner et que je n&rsquo;osais pas. Autant le cookie n&rsquo;a plus de secret pour moi, autant cette <strong>anglaise p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong> relevait pour moi de la <strong>grande nouveaut\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Par un <strong>joli dimanche de mai,<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai enfil\u00e9<strong> mon plus beau tablier <\/strong>et\u00a0je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans leur r\u00e9alisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">La<strong> r\u00e9galade du go\u00fbter<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 telle que j&rsquo;ai regrett\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir autant h\u00e9sit\u00e9!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">120 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de sucre de canne complet + 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 pour les fruits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de bicarbonate et quelques gouttes de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">40 gr de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin moulues + 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau (ou 2 oeufs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">80 gr de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande blanche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">80 gr d&rsquo;huile de coco fondue<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">250 gr de fruits rouges\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> l&rsquo;eau sur les graines de lin moulues, m\u00e9langez, laissez poser quelques minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les gouttes de citron, l&rsquo;huile de coco fondue, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande blanche et l&rsquo;\u00e9mulsion de graines de lins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te dans un plat recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9, tassez bien pour qu&rsquo;elle soit compacte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Recouvrez<\/strong> de fruits rouges, saupoudrez avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre de canne complet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> \u00e0 180 \u00b0 pendant 40 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9gustez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">P.S: Vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9aliser des carr\u00e9s fourr\u00e9s en divisant la p\u00e2te en deux, d\u00e9posez une couche de p\u00e2te, les fruits rouges et le sucre, puis recouvrez avec le reste de la p\u00e2te.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4735 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/scones1.jpg\" alt=\"carr\u00e9s coco aux fruits rouges\" width=\"4968\" height=\"3376\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le go\u00fbter du dimanche, c&rsquo;est sacr\u00e9.
