J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9, comme toutes les nanas, en prenant mon vernis, mon butin shopping ou mon cheese cake en photo (l\u2019un n\u2019allant pas sans l\u2019autre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">\u00c0 cette p\u00e9riode la, j\u2019\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s heureuse et en bonne sant\u00e9 (enfin c\u2019est ce que je croyais) mais malgr\u00e9 quelques efforts et 2-3 cours de Fitness par semaine (bon ok, plut\u00f4t 2&#8230;), je n\u2019arrivais pas \u00e0 perdre du poids. Je faisais un bon 38-40. Une taille tout \u00e0 fait normal mais je n\u2019acceptais pas ce corps. Je ne me sentais pas en harmonie avec.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">J\u2019\u00e9tais tout le temps enrhum\u00e9e, je toussais, j\u2019avais un transit\u00a0compliqu\u00e9, une peau\u00a0pas top&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u2019int\u00e9resser aux comptes et aux lectures un peu plus \u00ab healthy \u00bb. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le <strong>sucre cach\u00e9<\/strong>, les <strong>alternatives v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes<\/strong>, comment prendre des <strong>repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s<\/strong>&#8230; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\"><em>Peu \u00e0 peu mes assiettes ont chang\u00e9<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;essaie de <strong>manger de saison<\/strong>, <strong>local et bio<\/strong>, je varie mes<strong> sources de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> (je consomme plus de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales), j&rsquo;ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0light\u00a0\u00bb, je mange en <strong>pleine conscience<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai diminu\u00e9 les <strong>produits laitiers<\/strong>, je consomme des<strong> huiles de qualit\u00e9<\/strong>, je ne mange plus de fruits apr\u00e8s les repas, je mange lentement et en<strong> pleine conscience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>\u00a0j&rsquo;apprends \u00e0 m&rsquo;\u00e9couter<\/em>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\"> J\u2019ai \u00e9galement pris de plus en plus <strong>go\u00fbt au sport<\/strong> et je me suis mise \u00e0 la <strong>course \u00e0 pied<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\"> Mon corps a aussi chang\u00e9, physiquement mais aussi au niveau de tonus et de la sant\u00e9 : <strong>cela fait 4 ans que je ne suis quasiment jamais malade<\/strong> (moi qui faisais une quinzaine de rhume et une semaine de grippe chaque hiver) <strong>et je me sens beaucoup plus en forme<\/strong> (alors que j\u2019affiche maintenant la trentaine au compteur).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">Parle nous un peu de ton blog, de ton univers<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">Le lancement du blog s\u2019est fait un peu en parall\u00e8le de mon changement de vie.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733s4\" style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span class=\"m_5759270941351593733bumpedFont15\">Je partageais sur Instagram mes d\u00e9couvertes, mes recettes, ma progression en course \u00e0 pied&#8230; j\u2019avais une jolie communaut\u00e9 avec qui j\u2019\u00e9changeais tous les jours. Et puis j\u2019ai eu <strong>envie de partager d\u2019avantage<\/strong>. <strong>Le blog est alors apparu comme une \u00e9vidence et L\u2019Ananas Blonde est n\u00e9<\/strong>! <strong>Ananas<\/strong> car c\u2019est mon fruit pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 mais c\u2019est aussi un clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 \u00ab lolinepomme \u00bb mon ancien avatar sur Instagram (apple =&gt; pineapple).<strong> Blonde<\/strong> car c\u2019est ma couleur de cheveux (\u00e7a c\u2019\u00e9tait pas compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 deviner).
