Je suis mari\u00e9e et j&rsquo;ai deux ados de 15 et 16 ans et \u00e7a rigole bien \u00e0 la maison !<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">J&rsquo;ai, depuis toute petite, un<strong> fort caract\u00e8re entrepreneur.<\/strong>.. je suis la derni\u00e8re d&rsquo;une fratrie\u00a0de 4 et \u00e9tant la plus petite, j&rsquo;ai toujours voulu \u00ab\u00a0faire comme les grands\u00a0\u00bb et donc je voulais \u00eatre autonome, et limite, personne n&rsquo;avait rien \u00e0 me dire, parce que \u00ab\u00a0je savais faire\u00a0\u00bb et surtout \u00ab\u00a0je voulais faire\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;aime les choses carr\u00e9es, bien faites, et j&rsquo;aime monter des projets, animer des formations et me sentir utile aux autres.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A force de foncer depuis toujours, j&rsquo;en ai oubli\u00e9 l&rsquo;essentiel : \u00e9couter mon corps et le pr\u00e9server.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En d\u00e9cembre 2016, patatra, je ne peux plus faire usage de mes mains, mes hanches me paralysent,\u00a0 mes pieds ne me portent plus. C&rsquo;est une <strong>chute<\/strong> dont je ne commencerai \u00e0 me relever que 6 mois plus tard&#8230;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Perte d&rsquo;autonomie<\/strong> (mon mari devait me couper ma viande !), on m&rsquo;installe au rez de chauss\u00e9e car l&rsquo;escalier est trop douloureux \u00e0 prendre pour moi,<strong> je pleure beaucoup<\/strong> et de mon lit, je cherche, je cherche, sur internet ce qui peut bien m&rsquo;arriver et pourquoi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De lecture en lecture, je tombe sur l&rsquo;ouvrage du <strong>Dr Seignalet<\/strong> et sur ses \u00e9crits sur l&rsquo;<strong>alimentation hypotoxique<\/strong> ainsi que sur ses bienfaits sur les pathologies auto-immunes notamment. C&rsquo;est donc dans l&rsquo;espoir que ce soit \u00e9galement efficace pour moi que j&rsquo;ai donc pris un <strong>premier virage \u00ab\u00a0sans produits laitiers\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> il y a un an. Depuis, j&rsquo;ai pris d&rsquo;autres virages, mais les uns apr\u00e8s les autres pour <strong>arriver \u00e0 une alimentation la plus saine possible et la plus appropri\u00e9e pour moi<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Car oui,<em> nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents et il serait illusoire de penser que telle ou telle m\u00e9thode est bonne pour tout le monde<\/em>. C&rsquo;est bien plus complexe que cela et mes \u00e9tudes en naturopathie me le prouvent chaque jour.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dix huit mois apr\u00e8s mes d\u00e9buts de<strong> changement de vie<\/strong> (nouvelle alimentation, m\u00e9ditation, yoga, shiatsu une fois par mois, r\u00e9\u00e9ducation fonctionnelle deux fois par semaine) <strong>je vais nettement mieux<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 courir il y a un mois<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 en autonomie<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ouvre les bouteilles d&rsquo;eau toute seule, j&rsquo;appuie sans probl\u00e8me sur une chasse d&rsquo;eau . <strong>Mes douleurs sont bien plus superficielles qu&rsquo;avant:<\/strong>\u00a0mes douleurs de bassin ont quasi disparu,\u00a0 j&rsquo;ai encore des douleurs aux cervicales et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9paule droite mais je ne doute pas que mon \u00e9tat continue \u00e0 s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Rester positif et acteur de sa sant\u00e9 c&rsquo;est le secret de la r\u00e9mission, j&rsquo;y crois dur comme fer.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Parle nous un peu de ton univers&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Je n&rsquo;ai pas de blog, juste ma page<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MaSanteMonVentreEtMoi\/\"><strong>\u00a0facebook<\/strong><\/a> et mon compte<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ma_sante_mon_ventre_et_moi\/\"><strong> instagram<\/strong><\/a>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ma Page facebook se veut <strong>\u00eatre utile aux autres<\/strong>, \u00e0 la fois en terme de <strong>conseils sant\u00e9<\/strong> que de <strong>recettes saines<\/strong>, parfois sans gluten, parfois sans produits laitiers. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Mon but est de montrer \u00e0 tous que l&rsquo;on peut se r\u00e9galer et garder le gout de vivre m\u00eame lorsque l&rsquo;on change d&rsquo;alimentation<\/em>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Quels conseils donnerais tu aux personnes qui souhaitent changer d&rsquo;alimentation ?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>De ne pas partir \u00ab\u00a0dans tous les sens\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De savoir pourquoi elles veulent changer d&rsquo;alimentation pour se fixer des <strong>objectifs atteignables<\/strong> et surtout d&rsquo;<strong>y aller petit \u00e0 petit<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Enfin, je conseillerai de <strong>ne pas tomber dans les effets \u00ab\u00a0modes\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> qui peuvent circuler sur internet, et retenir que <strong>rien n&rsquo;est jamais bon en exc\u00e8s<\/strong> (par exemple, faire des jus, oui de temps en temps, mais est ce bien de ne faire plus que \u00e7a&#8230;? non&#8230;).<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> La diversit\u00e9 est l&rsquo;alli\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 1 de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il faut toujours <strong>rechercher la qualit\u00e9 des nutriments et \u00e9viter les calories vides<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Notre alimentation est notre premi\u00e8re m\u00e9dication<\/em> !<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Quelles sont tes recettes f\u00e9tiches ?
