Nous \u00e9tions donc <strong>attentifs et r\u00e9ceptifs aux histoires de ces personnes atteintes de diff\u00e9rentes maladies aux diff\u00e9rents sympt\u00f4mes ayant vu leur quotidien soulag\u00e9 voire transform\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des changements d&rsquo;habitudes alimentaires<\/strong>. Cela a sonn\u00e9 le <strong>d\u00e9but de la fin des produits laitiers et du gluten dans notre cuisine<\/strong>\u00a0! De plus, je me suis rendue compte que <strong>de plus en plus de personnes \u00e9taient amen\u00e9es \u00e0 changer d&rsquo;alimentation<\/strong>, pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons.
