Il faut dire que je n\u2019aimais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas trop la \u00ab\u00a0viande\u00a0\u00bb de base, je la masquais sous une belle couche de moutarde ou de la sauce pour arriver \u00e0 la manger. Puis je suis partie en Angleterre un an lors de ma derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de licence d\u2019Anglais. C\u2019\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois que je vivais presque seule et j\u2019ai pu <strong>choisir ce que je mangeais<\/strong>. Je suis alors presque devenue <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, par go\u00fbt, par choix, et par r\u00e9flexion<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mon retour en France <strong>cette d\u00e9cision n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien accueillie<\/strong>, j\u2019ai alors commenc\u00e9 des recherches pour rassurer ma famille sur ce mode de vie afin de montrer que <strong>ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas dangereux pour la sant\u00e9<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>Ce sont ces recherches qui ont r\u00e9ellement chamboul\u00e9 ma vision du monde et mon mode de vie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur l\u2019<strong>industrie de la viande<\/strong> mais pas que, sur <strong>les \u0153ufs<\/strong> et <strong>les produits laitiers<\/strong> aussi. Cela n\u2019impliquait pas que la sant\u00e9 humaine mais les animaux et l\u2019environnement. Livres, \u00e9tudes et reportages m\u2019ont ouvert les yeux et <strong>ce fut une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation\u00a0: le v\u00e9ganisme s\u2019imposait comme une \u00e9vidence<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J\u2019ai alors fait mon \u00ab<strong>\u00a0coming-out<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb non pas comme v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne mais comme<strong> v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong> d\u00e8s mon retour d\u2019Angleterre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> <em>J\u2019ai appris au fur-et-\u00e0-mesure les bases de l\u2019alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et de la nutrition et \u00e7a m\u2019a passionn\u00e9e<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Bien que ces connaissances en nutrition ne soient pas n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre v\u00e9gan elles m\u2019ont aid\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>\u00e9viter les carences en fer, calcium, vitamines dont la B12<\/strong>. Il est d\u2019ailleurs <strong>essentiel de se suppl\u00e9menter en vitamine B12<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Mes taux en vitamines et min\u00e9raux n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bons\u00a0!<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En parall\u00e8le <strong>j\u2019ai plus de vitalit\u00e9 qu\u2019avant<\/strong>, au quotidien, et<strong> une forme physique plus dynamique<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Jamais je n\u2019aurais pens\u00e9 \u00eatre capable de courir 10 km avant<\/em>\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Je partage donc toutes ces <strong>astuces et recettes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> sur mon blog avec des <strong>plats<\/strong>, <strong>desserts<\/strong>, <strong>en-cas<\/strong> et petits-d\u00e9jeuners sains et gourmands. Toujours avec bienveillance, notamment lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019aider les autres \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur consommation de produits animaux et \u00e0 adopter un mode de vie plus \u00e9cologique. Cette envie de partage se traduit aussi par du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.l214.com\/\">association L214<\/a> lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Parle nous un peu de ton blog, de ton univers<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le blog est n\u00e9 de l\u2019envie de <strong>partager ma passion pour la cuisine, sans pr\u00e9tentions<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Au d\u00e9part je publiais presque tous les jours des recettes de tous les jours sans r\u00e9elle mise en sc\u00e8ne, en racontant au passage un peu de mon quotidien. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Puis, petit \u00e0 petit, j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 proposer un contenu de meilleure qualit\u00e9, moins de recettes mais avec un v\u00e9ritable travail derri\u00e8re, aussi bien c\u00f4t\u00e9 photo que r\u00e9dactionnel. C\u2019est surtout en devenant v\u00e9gane que le blog a pris le visage qu\u2019il a aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019y ai fait beaucoup de tri et je continue de le mettre \u00e0 jour avec de nouvelles recettes et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les anciens articles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Au fil du temps j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 mon style, en retransmettant mon univers \u00e0 travers des mots, toujours un peu litt\u00e9raires, avec une once de po\u00e9sie, mais aussi la personne que je suis<\/em>. D\u2019ailleurs j\u2019attends toujours d\u2019avoir l\u2019inspiration soudaine, comme un \u00e9clair dans le ciel, pour \u00e9crire. Si l\u2019inspiration ne vient pas je ne me force pas \u00e0 \u00e9crire\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Aujourd\u2019hui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosenoisettes.com\/\">Rosenoisettes<\/a> est non seulement un <strong>lieu d\u2019histoire<\/strong> <strong>sur lequel fl\u00e2ner<\/strong> <strong>pour trouver de l\u2019inspiration c\u00f4t\u00e9 cuisine et lire des petites anecdotes<\/strong>, c\u2019est aussi un site sur lequel je partage mes autres passions que sont le<strong> minimalisme<\/strong>, le <strong>z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet\/l\u2019\u00e9cologie<\/strong> et le<strong> yoga<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Quels conseils donnerais-tu aux personnes qui souhaitent changer d\u2019alimentation\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d\u2019abord je conseillerais de <strong>se sentir pr\u00eat avant de changer quoi que ce soit<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>Si on n\u2019est pas pr\u00eat et qu\u2019on se force on a beau faire un pas en avant, on fera deux pas en arri\u00e8re par la suite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ensuite il faut <strong>prendre son temps<\/strong>. On n\u2019adopte pas toujours une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale du jour au lendemain, certains on besoin de plusieurs mois, d\u2019autres peuvent changer du jour au lendemain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Il faut s\u2019\u00e9couter et, plus que tout, <strong>\u00eatre bienveillant envers soi-m\u00eame<\/strong> car<em> chaque petit changement a un impact positif<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Quelles sont tes recettes f\u00e9tiches\u00a0? S\u2019il fallait n\u2019en r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019une sur ton blog ce serait laquelle ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mes recettes f\u00e9tiches changent selon les saisons et mes envies. En ce moment je raffole de <strong>spaghetti de courgettes<\/strong> <strong>ou concombres avec une sauce tomate-cajou<\/strong>, mais aussi les <strong>banana nice creams<\/strong> qui sont vraiment de saison et je n\u2019en oublie pas les <strong>smoothie bowls<\/strong> et les <strong>bouch\u00e9es crues<\/strong> \u00e0 emporter partout. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parmi les recettes cit\u00e9es ci-dessus, je dirais les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosenoisettes.com\/2018\/03\/bouchees-crues-au-citron-pavot-et.html\">bouch\u00e9es crues au citron, pavot et prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/a> (qui peuvent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par de la spiruline).
