Si vous savez m&rsquo;expliquer cette \u00ab\u00a0obsession banane\u00a0\u00bb je suis preneuse!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ca fait un petit moment que \u00e7a dure et qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;invite \u00e0 tous mes repas : au go\u00fbter sous forme de banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;un jus de citron, en dessert elle prends des allures de d\u00e9licieuse <a href=\"http:\/\/vg-systech.fr\/blog\/index.php\/2017\/07\/30\/so-nice\/\">nicecream<\/a>\u00a0et au petit d\u00e9jeuner elle se fait\u00a0<strong>banana bread<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 plusieurs recettes de ce g\u00e2teau\/pain australien\u00a0et ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est celle du blog\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/megalowfood.com\/\">megalowfood<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 laquelle je fais quelque petites modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 bananes m\u00fbres ( plus elles sont noires plus le g\u00e2teau sera sucr\u00e9)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">120 grammes de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">25 gr de graines de lin\u00a0moulues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">30 gr d&rsquo;huile de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cac de bicarbonate de soude alimentaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron frais<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 gousse de vanille<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin enti\u00e8res<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">pour l&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment, \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie: des figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, des raisins secs, des p\u00e9pites de chocolat noir, des cranberries<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tambouille<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>La recette peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans un mixeur, pour ma part je la fait \u00e0 la main<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9crasez<\/strong>\u00a0les bananes dans un saladier \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;huile de coco, les oeufs, la gousse de vanille<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> au fouet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Incorporez<\/strong> la poudre d&rsquo;amande, les graines de lin moulues<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> bien<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la demi cuill\u00e8re de bicarbonate et le jus de citron<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Incorporez<\/strong> les ingr\u00e9dients plaisir de votre choix (j&rsquo;ai petit faible pour le banana \u00e0 la figue s\u00e9ch\u00e9e)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois ce m\u00e9lange r\u00e9alis\u00e9, <strong>mettez<\/strong> le dans un moule allant au four (j&rsquo;utilise un moule en silicone, pour un moule traditionnel pensez \u00e0 le graisser avec de l&rsquo;huile de coco avant)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Parsemez<\/strong> de graines de lin enti\u00e8res<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 35 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Si le dessus du banana bread brunit trop vite <strong>recouvrez <\/strong>le d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;alu pendant \u00a0le restant de la cuisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
