{"id":2898,"date":"2018-09-02T08:00:40","date_gmt":"2018-09-02T06:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=2898"},"modified":"2020-10-14T16:14:02","modified_gmt":"2020-10-14T14:14:02","slug":"rouen-la-table-de-flore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/09\/02\/rouen-la-table-de-flore\/","title":{"rendered":"Rouen- La table de Flore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Sur ce blog on part <strong>en vadrouille<\/strong> un peu partout, tant et si bien que j&rsquo;en oublie de vous parler des<strong>\u00a0belles adresses <\/strong>de ma ville natale:<strong> Rouen<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je compte me rattraper d\u00e8s maintenant en commen\u00e7ant par une adresse que j&rsquo;affectionne beaucoup: <strong>la table de Flore<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on passe le pas de la porte de ce <strong>petit restaurant nich\u00e9 en haut de la rue Cauchoise<\/strong> on est s\u00e9duit par le <strong>charme de l&rsquo;endroit<\/strong> et par l\u2019<strong>accueil chaleureux<\/strong> de <strong>Flore<\/strong>, la cuisini\u00e8re que l&rsquo;on reconna\u00eet tout de suite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa <strong>grande toque de chef<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3139\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/deco-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/deco-scaled-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/deco-scaled-600x445.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/deco-768x570.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/deco-1024x760.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quand le ciel Normand est cl\u00e9ment, on s&rsquo;installe sur la <strong>petite terrasse couverte<\/strong>, pr\u00e8s du<strong> jardinet de plantes aromatiques, un cadre id\u00e9al pour un d\u00eener romantique, <\/strong>sinon on se fait une place au chaud \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la <strong>biblioth\u00e8que pleine de livre<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Flore vient dresser une<strong> jolie table<\/strong> et nous raconte les <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais, bios et locaux\u00a0<\/strong>qu&rsquo;elle a mis dans son panier le jour m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;aime beaucoup l&rsquo;esprit <strong>\u00ab\u00a0comme \u00e0 la maison\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> du restaurant, j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 chaque fois l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre<strong> invit\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00eener chez une amie <\/strong>soucieuse de respecter mon<strong> r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/strong> et je me sens toujours <strong>en confiance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3138\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/flexi-300x112.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/flexi-scaled-300x112.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/flexi-scaled-600x224.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/flexi-768x286.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/flexi-1024x382.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le menu laisse toujours le choix entre un plat \u00ab\u00a0<strong>flexitarien<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0* et un plat \u00ab\u00a0<strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, mais chaque assiette peut \u00eatre <strong>personnalis\u00e9e<\/strong>. font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nous nous sommes ensuite r\u00e9gal\u00e9s d&rsquo;une adaptation du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>plat v\u00e9gan en 3 saveurs<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb propos\u00e9 sur la carte, un petit <strong>mezze de plats<\/strong> plus <strong>savoureux<\/strong> les uns que les autres:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">des <strong>linguine de sarrasin<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong> parsem\u00e9es de <strong>noisettes concass\u00e9es<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de l&rsquo;<strong>aubergine fondante<\/strong>, des <strong>tomates<\/strong>, <strong>oignons confits<\/strong> et des <strong>\u00e9clats d&rsquo;amandes<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">un <strong>\u0153uf brouill\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong> et au <strong>sel de gu\u00e9rande<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
