les pages du livre pour enfant \u00ab\u00a0Madame dodue\u00a0\u00bb (on ne pr\u00e9sente plus la collection des \u00ab\u00a0monsieur et madame\u00a0\u00bb non?).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier je me suis d\u00e9lect\u00e9e du roman de Dorian Sukegawa, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.babelio.com\/livres\/Sukegawa-Les-delices-de-Tokyo\/807915\">Les d\u00e9lices de Tokyo.<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dans cette <strong>touchante oeuvre japonaise<\/strong> dont je vous recommande chaudement la lecture, l\u2019h\u00e9ro\u00efne, une vieille dame nomm\u00e9e Toku, partage avec son nouveau patron, Sentaro, <strong>l&rsquo;art des dorayakis<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des pages enti\u00e8res sont consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la description de la <strong>c\u00e9l\u00e8bre p\u00e2tisserie japonaise<\/strong>\u00a0et, quand les mots racontent la gourmandise avec une telle<strong> passion<\/strong>, je ne sais pas lui r\u00e9sister&#8230;j&rsquo;ai referm\u00e9 le livre avec une conviction: j&rsquo;allais cuisiner ces <strong>moelleux petits<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>pancakes fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de haricots azukis<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>sucr\u00e9e<\/strong> dans leur version <strong>glutenfree<\/strong>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">20 gr de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de yaourt de soja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 ml de lait de soja nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>1) On pr\u00e9pare l&rsquo;Anko (la p\u00e2te de haricots azukis sucr\u00e9e)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites<\/strong> tremper les haricots dans l&rsquo;eau pendant une nuit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9gouttez<\/strong> les haricots et placez les dans une casserole en les recouvrant d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Portez<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et <strong>\u00e9gouttez<\/strong> les haricots, <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9tez<\/strong> l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration une seconde fois (cela permet de retirer l&rsquo;amertume des haricots)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Recouvrez<\/strong> les haricots avec de l&rsquo;eau (environ 250 ml) <strong>couvrez<\/strong> et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1h30 (les haricots sont cuits quand on peut les \u00e9craser en les pressant entre ses doigts)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9gouttez<\/strong> les haricots, replacez les dans la casserole et ajoutez le sucre, faites cuire encore 3 minutes \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux en m\u00e9langeant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Sortez<\/strong> du feu et mixez, l&rsquo;Anko est pr\u00eate!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Conservez<\/strong> la dans un petit r\u00e9cipient au frigo (elle peut tenir 5 jours)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>2) On pr\u00e9pare les pancakes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs, le yaourt de soja, le lait et le miel, m\u00e9langez<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Graissez<\/strong> une po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;huile de coco d\u00e9sodoris\u00e9e, d\u00e9posez des petits ronds de p\u00e2tes d&rsquo;environ 8 cm de diam\u00e8tre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Retournez<\/strong> les pancakes lorsque des bulles apparaissent \u00e0 leur surface<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>3) On confectionne les dorayakis<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;Anko au centre du premier pancake, d\u00e9posez le second pancake par dessus et pressez les bords ensemble pour les refermer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00a0Enveloppez<\/strong> le dorayaki dans un film \u00e9tirable pour qu&rsquo;il se tienne mieux et ne se dess\u00e8che pas (facultatif)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9gustez&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span
