J&rsquo;avais envie d&rsquo;un <strong>en-cas sain et de saison<\/strong> avant d&rsquo;aller nager, j&rsquo;ai fait le tour de mes placards, pris les ingr\u00e9dients qui me tentaient le plus, et confectionn\u00e9 ces petites <strong>figues farcies au beurre d&rsquo;amande et aux noix caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">si le<strong> bonheur<\/strong> a un<strong> go\u00fbt<\/strong>, je pense que je l&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 belles figues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande blanche ou compl\u00e8te<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">10 gr de noix \u00e9miett\u00e9es\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">10 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> le miel et l&rsquo;eau dans une po\u00eale et <strong>portez<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, lorsque le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paissit un peu <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les noix<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faire cuire<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les noix caram\u00e9lisent, <strong>placez<\/strong> les noix sur une assiette recouverte de papier cuisson en veillant \u00e0 les espacer, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> les figues et <strong>coupez les<\/strong> en deux dans le sens de la largeur ou de la longueur (au choix)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tartinez<\/strong> de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des figues, <strong>d\u00e9posez<\/strong> quelques noix, refermez et&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9gustez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">P.S: Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas la figue, essayez avec une pomme&#8230;pomme+amande+noix = combo gagnant!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>P.S 2: Des figues en rab?
