les rend <strong>tellement fondants<\/strong>&#8230;et si on le dit pas, promis, personne ne le devine \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 7 muffins<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">350 gr de pur\u00e9e de potimarron (soit un demi petit potimarron)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de bicarbonate alimentaire + quelques gouttes de jus de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tambouille<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> le potimarron, <strong>coupez-le<\/strong> en deux et <strong>faite le pr\u00e9cuire<\/strong> une dizaine de minutes pour pouvoir l&rsquo;\u00e9plucher plus facilement, puis<strong> remettez le<\/strong> \u00e0 cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit fondant (je choisis une cuisson \u00e0 la vapeur douce mais vous pouvez opter pour la m\u00e9thode casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois le potimarron cuit, <strong>mixez-le<\/strong> pour en faire une pur\u00e9e, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la pur\u00e9e de potimarron, l\u2019\u0153uf et le miel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Divisez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te en deux et<strong> ajoutez<\/strong> une cuill\u00e8re de cacao dans l&rsquo;une des moiti\u00e9s<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> dans des moules \u00e0 muffins en alternant les deux p\u00e2tes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites
