que les go\u00fbters<\/strong>, on ne s&rsquo;en lasse pas!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Cette fois-ci c&rsquo;est un <strong>banana bread \u00e0 la farine de sorgho<\/strong>,la une petite nouvelle \u00ab\u00a0sans glu\u00a0\u00bb qui a rejoint <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/07\/06\/dans-mes-placards\/\">mes placards<\/a> et que <strong>j&rsquo;apprends \u00e0 apprivoiser<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pour ce <strong>premier essai<\/strong> je l&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9e au <strong>caract\u00e8re de la farine de sarrasin<\/strong>, je lui ajout\u00e9 le<strong> sucre des bananes<\/strong> et l&rsquo;<strong>amertume du chocolat,<\/strong> et, <strong>apr\u00e8s d\u00e9gustation<\/strong>, je pense qu&rsquo;elle et moi, <strong>on va devenir tr\u00e8s vite copines<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de farine de sorgho<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 bananes bien m\u00fbres<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de bicarbonate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucres)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 carr\u00e9s de chocolat noir<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9pluchez<\/strong> les bananes et d\u00e9posez les dans votre mixeur, <strong>mixez les<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les farines et la cuill\u00e8re de bicarbonate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et la pur\u00e9e de bananes, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong>, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> progressivement le lait et continuez de m\u00e9langer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> les carreaux de chocolat en petites p\u00e9pites et<strong> incorporez<\/strong> les dans la pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Graissez<\/strong> le fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 cake avec de l&rsquo;huile de coco d\u00e9sodoris\u00e9e (ou <strong>recouvrez<\/strong> le de papier cuisson) versez la pr\u00e9paration et faites cuire 35 \u00e0 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
