font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #555555;\">Il y a tout pile deux semaines, le samedi 22 septembre, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une tr\u00e8s belle aventure: celle du concours des toques bio organis\u00e9 par la marque Prim\u00e9al.<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #555555;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #555555;\">J\u2019avais envie de la mettre en mots par ici et de vous faire revivre ma folle journ\u00e9e, je vous souhaite donc une agr\u00e9able lecture de mon\u00a0<\/span><b><strong><span style=\"color: #555555;\">journal de bord de toque bio<\/span><\/strong><\/b><span style=\"color: #555555;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Vendredi 21 septembre 2018<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;\">14h- Arriv\u00e9e, Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je sors du train et je repense \u00e0 ce jour de d\u00e9but juillet o\u00f9 j\u2019ai soumis, in extremis, ma recette de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ekibio-pro.fr\/concours_chefs\/2018\/detail_recette_candidat_2018.php?var_id_candidat=94\"><strong>quinoa au lait de coco et sa brunoise d\u2019abricots<\/strong><\/a> au <strong>concours des toques bios<\/strong> organis\u00e9 par <strong>Prim\u00e9al. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque\u00a0j&rsquo;avais pens\u00e9, amus\u00e9e, <em>\u00ab\u00a0un concours autour du quinoa? c&rsquo;est pour moi!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, sans imaginer une seconde <strong>la belle exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> qui m&rsquo;attendrait&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Puis je me rem\u00e9more, ce moment o\u00f9, il y a un mois, <strong>un e-mail s\u2019est affich\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9cran de mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable<\/strong>: <em>\u00abnous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que vous faites partie des trois finalistes du concours des toques bio 2018 qui se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Lyon\u00a0le 22 septembre\u00bb<\/em>, ce jour l\u00e0 je suis au travail alors la <strong>danse de la victoire<\/strong> je la fait dans ma t\u00eate, mais je suis aux <strong>anges<\/strong>, tout cela semble bien<strong> irr\u00e9el<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;\">20h- D\u00eener au restaurant Toutes les couleurs, quartier de la croix rousse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je retrouve l\u2019<strong>\u00e9quipe organisatrice du concours<\/strong>, deux <strong>membres du jury<\/strong> ( <strong>Christina Vieira<\/strong>, la fondatrice de Bio Addict et <strong>Christophe Duhamel<\/strong>, le papa de Marmiton) ainsi que les <strong>deux autres candidats, Marie et Johan<\/strong>, et l\u2019<strong>\u00e9quipe de reporters<\/strong> qui nous suivra pendant le concours (ils r\u00e9alisent le portrait de Marie pour un grand reportage TF1 sur les concours de cuisine amateur).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce d\u00eener est une <strong>chouette Initiative<\/strong> de Prim\u00e9al pour nous permettre de<strong> faire connaissance avant le jour J<\/strong>, l\u2019id\u00e9e me pla\u00eet beaucoup et <strong>je suis ravie du choix du restaurant<\/strong> parce que j\u2019avais pr\u00e9vu de le tester lors d\u2019une vir\u00e9e \u00e0 Lyon (je l\u2019ai d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/category\/lyon\/\">adresses Lyonnaises<\/a> )!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nous prenons le <strong>petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong> tous ensemble \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>h\u00f4tel moderne<\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9quipe organisatrice a pris le soin de me pr\u00e9parer des <strong>produits sans gluten<\/strong>,je suis touch\u00e9e par cette attention, c\u2019est l\u2019occasion pour moi de go\u00fbter le pain des fleurs au riz noir (que je valide!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe de tournage pr\u00e9pare son mat\u00e9riel, <strong>on commence \u00e0 parler \u00e9preuves et organisation<\/strong>, <em>la pression monte&#8230;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;\">8h- March\u00e9 bio de la croix Rousse<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nous attrapons le m\u00e9tro direction le <strong>march\u00e9 bio de la croix rousse<\/strong>, la ville s\u2019\u00e9veille, l\u2019air est frais et il y a une <strong>belle lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> dans le ciel lyonnais, nous ne pouvions pas r\u00eaver mieux\u00a0pour aller faire nos <strong>emplettes<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">A la sortie du m\u00e9tro, face aux objectifs des cam\u00e9ras et appareils photos,<strong> Floriane<\/strong>, la community manager, nous distribue des <strong>sacs en tissus \u00e0 l\u2019effigie du concours<\/strong> et les <strong>enveloppes<\/strong> qui contiennent nos <strong>budgets produits frais<\/strong> pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve (20 euros par candidat), nous avons <strong>une demi heure<\/strong> pour faire le march\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Mes petites tartelettes en t\u00eate, je pars en qu\u00eate de figues fra\u00eeches.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je traverse toute la portion bio du march\u00e9 et je n\u2019en vois pas, je commence \u00e0<strong> paniquer<\/strong>, ce sont pourtant des <strong>fruits de saison<\/strong>&#8230;si je n\u2019en trouve pas je vais devoir <strong>adapter ma recette<\/strong>, oui mais avec quoi, des mirabelles\u00a0? Des prunes\u00a0?&#8230;je passe tous les fruits en revue quand je les aper\u00e7ois sur une \u00e9tale\u00a0: <strong>de belles figues fra\u00eeche dodues comme je les voulais<\/strong>\u00a0! Ouf\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je me d\u00e9tends, me reste \u00e0 trouver des <strong>pommes<\/strong> et mon panier sera au complet\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je reviens sur mes pas et je croise Floriane, qui me filme avec son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et me demande si tout se passe bien,<strong> la journ\u00e9e est film\u00e9e et diffus\u00e9e en live sur la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lestoquesbio\/\"> page facebook du concours<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je ne peux pas me r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 passer sans m\u2019arr\u00eater devant le stand qui propose de <strong>superbes pains sans gluten<\/strong> et j\u2019en choisi un aux farines de riz et de millet et aux raisins secs, qui fera mon petit d\u00e9jeuner du lendemain.<strong> Christina<\/strong>, membre du jury, se joint \u00e0 moi et, apr\u00e8s un choix corn\u00e9lien se laisse tenter elle aussi. Les reporters se sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s pour filmer la transaction et je pense au <strong>caract\u00e8re improbable de la sc\u00e8ne<\/strong>\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est bien la premi\u00e8re fois que je suis film\u00e9e en achetant mon pain\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Les emplettes sont termin\u00e9es<\/strong> pour tout le monde et, puisque nous sommes en avance et que le temps s\u2019y pr\u00eate, nous nous rendons \u00e0 pieds \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>atelier des chefs<\/strong> o\u00f9 doit se d\u00e9rouler le <strong>concours<\/strong>. Sur le chemin on plaisante, on chasse les \u00ab\u00a0space invaders\u00a0\u00bb en mosa\u00efques sur les murs de la ville avec Christophe Duhamel, on prends la pose entre candidats <strong>place Bellevue<\/strong> puis devant la fontaine <strong>place des Terreaux<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;\">9h-\u00a0Arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;atelier des chefs<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nous arrivons enfin \u00e0 l\u2019atelier des chefs, j\u2019entre la premi\u00e8re, nous traversons la boutique de l\u2019atelier, nous entrons dans la <strong>cuisine<\/strong> et nous d\u00e9couvrons les <strong>trois plans de travail<\/strong> sur lesquels les <strong>ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/strong> de nos recettes respectives nous attendent, je rep\u00e8re tout de suite le mien gr\u00e2ce au pot de <strong>pur\u00e9e d\u2019amande<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'courier new', courier, monospace;\">9h30- Premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J\u2019ai enfil\u00e9 mon<strong> tablier \u00e0 l\u2019effigie du concours<\/strong>, je me tiens droite derri\u00e8re mon plan de travail et j\u2019\u00e9coute sagement les <strong>consignes de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9preuve<\/strong>\u00a0: nous avons <strong>une heure et demi<\/strong> pour r\u00e9aliser la <strong>recette de notre choix \u00e0 base de quinoa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>T<\/b><b>op d\u00e9part<\/b>. <em>Je suis \u00e9trangement calme<\/em>\u00a0: je p\u00e8se, je rince, j\u2019\u00e9pluche, j\u2019\u00e9mince&#8230;je suis dans \u00ab\u00a0une bulle de tambouille\u00a0\u00bb, <strong>comme \u00e0 la maison<\/strong>, que l\u2019<strong>effervescence<\/strong> autour ne parvient pas \u00e0 percer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pourtant, de l\u2019<strong>agitation<\/strong>, il y en a: entre les cam\u00e9ras, les perches, les appareils photos, les commentaires de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et du jury, le concert du mixeur, des cuill\u00e8res contre les casseroles&#8230;mais tout cela me para\u00eet bien loin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Gilles est d\u2019une aide pr\u00e9cieuse<\/strong>, il nous guide dans cette cuisine de pro et nous permet de gagner un temps fou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Les membres du jury s\u2019arr\u00eatent<\/strong> et me questionnent sur ma recette, je leur explique que je vais r\u00e9aliser des <strong>fonds de tarte \u00e0 base de quinoa<\/strong>, ils semblent intrigu\u00e9s, amus\u00e9s par l\u2019id\u00e9e et un peu dubitatifs face \u00e0 ma pr\u00e9paration qui leur para\u00eet un peu trop liquide\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00e7a va tenir?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Ils sont <strong>souriants et curieux:<\/strong>\u00a0ils me demandent <strong>pourquoi j\u2019ai choisi de cuisiner des figues<\/strong> ( parce que ce sont des fruits de saison) si j\u2019ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 des <strong>variantes de mes petites tartelettes\u00a0<\/strong>( je leur raconte la version sal\u00e9e que j\u2019ai imagin\u00e9e), ils me questionnent aussi sur mon<strong> rapport au\u00a0bio<\/strong> (je leur explique mon alimentation sant\u00e9 et l&rsquo;importance que j&rsquo;accorde \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des produits que je mange), puis je sors de la salle et<strong> je les laisse d\u00e9guster en apart\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Je suis dans un \u00e9tat second<\/strong>, un m\u00e9lange d\u2019<strong>euphorie<\/strong> et de <strong>fatigue<\/strong>, celui qui suit un <strong>effort intense<\/strong>. A ce moment l\u00e0 je pense que, <strong>quoiqu\u2019il arrive, j\u2019ai gagn\u00e9<\/strong>: soit le premier prix du concours, soit l\u2019honneur de me voir remettre le second prix par <strong>Cl\u00e9a, une blogueuse qui m\u2019inspire \u00e9norm\u00e9ment<\/strong> et qui m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>une aide pr\u00e9cieuse lorsque j\u2019ai chang\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Cl\u00e9a s\u2019avance vers moi et me remet le second prix<\/strong> en me f\u00e9licitant pour mon <strong>initiative militante<\/strong>, celle d\u2019avoir v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9 la recette du chef, <strong>je suis tr\u00e8s \u00e9mue<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Le chef Geoffrey Po\u00ebsson remet \u00e0 Marine le premier prix du concours<\/strong>, un billet d\u2019avion g\u00e9ant pour la <strong>Bolivie<\/strong>.
