font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">La semaine derni\u00e8re, ma <strong>ch\u00e8re, tendre et talentueuse petite s\u0153ur<\/strong> ( c&rsquo;est elle qui a dessin\u00e9 la banni\u00e8re du blog et qui fait toutes mes petites illustrations) <strong>c\u00e9l\u00e9brait ses 28 ans <\/strong>et je me suis vu confier l&rsquo;honorable t\u00e2che de<strong> confectionner le dessert de son repas d&rsquo;anniversaire<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il me fallait <strong>un g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je me suis longtemps creus\u00e9 la t\u00eate, j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 l&rsquo;inspiration \u00e0 droite \u00e0 gauche, et j&rsquo;ai fini par imaginer <strong>LE g\u00e2teau d&rsquo;anniversaire digne de mon amour de petite s\u0153ur (elle se reconna\u00eetra :p )\u00a0<\/strong>:<strong> un g\u00e2teau tout en amande fourr\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de framboise<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Si je peux faire des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/category\/cookies\/\">cookies<\/a> ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/category\/muffins\/\">muffins<\/a> les yeux ferm\u00e9s, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de\u00a0<strong>p\u00e2tisserie\u00a0un peu plus \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9labor\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> j&rsquo;ai toujours un peu d&rsquo;<strong>appr\u00e9hension<\/strong>&#8230;j&rsquo;ai donc enfil\u00e9 mon tablier, pris mon courage \u00e0 deux mains et je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans la <strong>confection de ce g\u00e2teau sp\u00e9cial<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par pr\u00e9parer le g\u00e2teau: <strong>de l&rsquo;amande en poudre, de la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande, des amandes concass\u00e9es et de l&rsquo;extrait d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re<\/strong> (je vous laisse imaginer les<strong> d\u00e9licieuses effluves dans ma cuisine ce jour l\u00e0!<\/strong>), puis, pendant qu&rsquo;il cuisait j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la <strong>mousse de framboise<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 partir de <strong>tofu soyeux<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois le g\u00e2teau refroidi je l&rsquo;ai <strong>d\u00e9licatement coup\u00e9<\/strong> en deux dans le sens de la largeur (l&rsquo;\u00e9tape la plus d\u00e9licate!) pour<strong> le garnir de mousse de framboise<\/strong> puis je l&rsquo;ai referm\u00e9 et je me suis attaqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9co.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Des framboises sur le bord du g\u00e2teau, quelques \u00e9clats d&rsquo;amande et de f\u00e8ves de cacao cru \u00e0 la surface, puis, enfin, l&rsquo;\u00e9criture<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai cafouill\u00e9 dans les quantit\u00e9s de chocolat et je ne m&rsquo;y suis pas bien prise pour le faire fondre sans qu&rsquo;il ne durcisse, <strong>j&rsquo;ai maudit la longueur du mot \u00ab\u00a0anniversaire\u00a0\u00bb que j&rsquo;ai fini par transformer en \u00ab\u00a028 ans\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>(avouez que c&rsquo;est unique!)<strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Apr\u00e8s toutes ces p\u00e9rip\u00e9ties et face au beau g\u00e2teau qui tr\u00f4nait devant moi<\/strong>, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais fi\u00e8re de mon exploit et impatiente de voir sa r\u00e9action !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Comble\u00a0de l&rsquo;ironie, une mauvaise grippe m&rsquo;a clou\u00e9e au lit, je n&rsquo;ai pas pu voir ma petite s\u0153ur souffler ses bougies et je n&rsquo;ai pas eu la chance de <strong>d\u00e9guster ma cr\u00e9ation en sa compagnie<\/strong>&#8230;heureusement, et c&rsquo;est tout ce qui comptait, <strong>elle l&rsquo;a ador\u00e9<\/strong>! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">D&rsquo;habitude pour vous raconter mes tambouilles j&rsquo;utilise les mots qui me sont pass\u00e9s par la t\u00eate en les d\u00e9gustant, cette fois-ci je vais emprunter ceux de <strong>la reine de la journ\u00e9e<\/strong>, voil\u00e0 c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle m&rsquo;en a dit: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice, un \u00ab\u00a0vrai g\u00e2teau d&rsquo;automne\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 la texture noiset\u00e9e, frais, fondant&#8230;extra doux&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Petite s\u0153ur ravie = pari relev\u00e9!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour le g\u00e2teau<\/em> <em>(je me suis inspir\u00e9e de la recette du g\u00e2teau \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande de <a href=\"https:\/\/dame.bio\/alimentation\/gateau-a-l-amande-sans-gluten-sans-lait-sans-beurre-et-sans-farine\">dame bio<\/a>)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr d&rsquo;huile de coco fondue<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr d&rsquo;amandes mix\u00e9es\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">70 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re (facultatif mais j&rsquo;adore le \u00ab\u00a0petit go\u00fbt de galette des rois\u00a0\u00bb que \u00e7a donne au g\u00e2teau)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour la ganache framboise<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">250 gr de tofu soyeux<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">200 gr de framboises (surgel\u00e9es, saison oblige)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour la d\u00e9co du g\u00e2teau<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des framboises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Un peu de miel liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des \u00e9clats d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des \u00e9clats de f\u00e8ve de cacao (ou \u00e9clats de chocolat noir)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Du chocolat noir fondu (si vous avez un petit message \u00e0 \u00e9crire sur le g\u00e2teau)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>On pr\u00e9pare le g\u00e2teau<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble la poudre d&rsquo;amande, le sucre, les amandes mix\u00e9es (avec votre mixeur donnez des acoups pour obtenir de petits \u00e9clats d&rsquo;amande)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;huile de coco, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande, les \u0153ufs et le lait, m\u00e9langez<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans un plat et faites cuire 25 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>On pr\u00e9pare la ganache<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mixez ensemble le tofu soyeux,les framboises et le sirop d&rsquo;agave pendant 5 minutes pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me homog\u00e8ne, r\u00e9servez<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3910 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/gateau-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4848\" height=\"3440\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>On monte le g\u00e2teau<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois le g\u00e2teau refroidi <strong>coupez-le<\/strong> en deux dans le sens de la largeur, <strong>garnissez-le<\/strong> avec la moiti\u00e9 de la ganache et refermez le<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Badigeonnez la surface du g\u00e2teau avec le reste de la ganache,d\u00e9posez les framboises sur le bord du g\u00e2teau et vernissez les au pinceau avec le miel. Poursuivez la d\u00e9co selon vos envies!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9criture en chocolat j&rsquo;utilise
