{"id":3977,"date":"2018-12-15T13:27:33","date_gmt":"2018-12-15T12:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=3977"},"modified":"2019-04-19T14:11:55","modified_gmt":"2019-04-19T12:11:55","slug":"3977","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/12\/15\/3977\/","title":{"rendered":"Amsterdam sans gluten et sans lait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mon <strong>s\u00e9jour n\u00e9erlandais<\/strong> remonte au mois de septembre, j&rsquo;ai un peu tard\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9diger cet article&#8230; mais pas\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tudes, <strong>mes souvenirs sont intacts! <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je n&rsquo;ai qu&rsquo;\u00e0 fermer les yeux et tout me revient:<strong><em> la belle ville d&rsquo;Amsterdam, ses canaux, ses toits en escaliers, son march\u00e9 aux fleurs&#8230;et ses bonnes adresses sans gluten et sans lait!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Pok\u00e9 perfect<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">A l&rsquo;origine, <strong>le pok\u00e9<\/strong>, une <strong>assiette Hawaienne compos\u00e9e de riz vinaigr\u00e9, de poisson cru et toppings vari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Un plat sain et gourmand que la cha\u00eene de restaurant propose de d\u00e9cliner \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie<\/strong>: on choisit<strong> une base<\/strong> puis <strong>des ingr\u00e9dients frais<\/strong>,<strong>un topping<\/strong> et<strong> une sauce<\/strong> parmi une<strong> liste qui mentionne bien les allerg\u00e8nes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Les portions sont vraiment g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses<\/strong> (le jour o\u00f9 j&rsquo;y suis all\u00e9e j&rsquo;\u00e9tais affam\u00e9e, heureusement que je n&rsquo;ai pas pris le gros bol, j&rsquo;ai eu du mal \u00e0 venir \u00e0 bout de la taille standard!) <strong>les saveurs d\u00e9licieuses<\/strong> et <strong>le prix archi raisonnable<\/strong> (compter une dizaine d&rsquo;euro pour un bol complet). L\u00e0 encore l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de composer son assiette en choisissant parmi les <strong>ingr\u00e9dients \u00ab\u00a0healthy\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> qui nous sont propos\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je m&rsquo;en suis donn\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u0153ur joie: <strong>quinoa, patate douce r\u00f4tie, avocat, tofu fum\u00e9, salade, tomates, pois chiches.<\/strong>..l<strong>a portion \u00e9tait vraiment g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, les saveurs d\u00e9licieuses<\/strong>&#8230;c&rsquo;est le genre d&rsquo;endroit que j&rsquo;aimerais avoir pr\u00e8s de chez moi!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Une option pain sans gluten et une cream chease vegan sont \u00e0 la carte.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pas de gros coup de coeur pour l&rsquo;endroit un peu bruyant et pas tr\u00e8s clean&#8230;le bagel \u00e9tait bon mais pas extraordinaire&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;on trouve refuge dans cette <strong>petite \u00e9picerie\/ salon de th\u00e9 vegan <\/strong>et qu&rsquo;on se r\u00e9conforte avec de<strong> g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses et d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tisseries accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un bon th\u00e9 chaud!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
