font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Quand on joue dans la cour des \u00ab\u00a0no glu'\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 faire son pain maison provoque syst\u00e9matiquement un sentiment d&rsquo;immense fiert\u00e9.<\/strong>..il faut dire que c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s fastidieux et que \u00e7a rel\u00e8ve un peu du miracle&#8230;ce pain extra moelleux \u00e0 la farine de riz et de sarrasin est donc un petit miracle!<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Parfois, on a beau suivre les recettes scrupuleusement: faire les bons m\u00e9langes, dans le bon ordre, respecter les temps de cuisson, rien n&rsquo;y fait, on se retrouve avec <strong>quelque chose qui rel\u00e8ve plus de la brique que de la tartine<\/strong>&#8230;de quoi en d\u00e9courager plus d&rsquo;un!<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Moi je n&rsquo;aime pas que les choses me r\u00e9sistent, alors je pers\u00e9v\u00e8re&#8230;et ma t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 a du bon puisque apr\u00e8s ma toute r\u00e9cente r\u00e9ussite de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/11\/27\/pain-aux-farines-de-soja-riz-et-sarrasin\/\">pain \u00e0 la farine de soja<\/a>\u00a0, en voil\u00e0 une seconde, entre <strong>riz et sarrasin<\/strong>, qui n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 lui envier: <strong>une cro\u00fbte croustillante et dor\u00e9e, une mie moelleuse \u00e0 souhait&#8230;une vraie fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 tartiner!<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">200 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr d&rsquo;arrow root ou de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">25 gr de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maviesansgluten.bio\/produits-sans-gluten\/mvsg-panification-aides-la-panification-levsarrasin-50g\"> lev&rsquo;sarrasin ma vie sans gluten*<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">400 \u00e0 500 ml d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">10 gr de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;huile puis l&rsquo;eau en m\u00e9langeant progressivement (adapter \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau pour obtenir une p\u00e2te assez consistante, \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cake)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te dans un moule graiss\u00e9 avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ou recouvert de papier cuisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Couvrez<\/strong> avec un linge humide et <strong>laissez lever<\/strong> au four \u00e0 50\u00b0 pendant 2 heures<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une fois que le pain a bien lev\u00e9 <strong>montez<\/strong> la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 200\u00b0 et <strong>faites cuire<\/strong> 30 \u00e0 40 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
