font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pour la petite histoire (parce qu&rsquo;il y a une petite histoire derri\u00e8re chacune de mes recettes, vous le savez maintenant!) \u00e7a faisait longtemps que je voulais m&rsquo;essayer \u00e0 la <strong>brioche<\/strong> mais je n&rsquo;en avais pas encore eu l&rsquo;occasion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai profit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un petit <strong>Tea time de No\u00ebl<\/strong> pour sortir de mes placards la<strong> farine de soja<\/strong> avec laquelle j&rsquo;avais fait <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/12\/01\/petit-dejeuner-dhiver-breadcake-au-sarrasin-clementine-cranberrys\/\">un d\u00e9licieux<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/12\/01\/petit-dejeuner-dhiver-breadcake-au-sarrasin-clementine-cranberrys\/\">breadcake cl\u00e9mentine &amp; cranberrys<\/a> et je me suis lanc\u00e9e&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">sauf que, voil\u00e0, dans mon entrain j&rsquo;ai oubli\u00e9 d&rsquo;ajouter de la gomme de guar \u00e0 ma pr\u00e9paration&#8230;et je m&rsquo;en suis rendue compte un peu trop tard (comprendre \u00e0 mi-cuisson)!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;est d\u00e9pit\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai sorti du four ce que je pensais \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0une brioche rat\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, mais, l\u00e0 encore,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/04\/26\/veloute-de-pommes-a-lamande-le-dessert-de-la-serendipite\/\"> la s\u00e9rendipit\u00e9<\/a> a frapp\u00e9: j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert un <strong>superbe g\u00e2teau, mi-cake, mi-brioche, hyper moelleux et parfum\u00e9 et tout \u00e0 fait digne de mon th\u00e9 de No\u00ebl!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">125 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">75 gr de farine de soja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">40 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">150 ml de lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucres ti\u00e8de<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 sachet de levure boulang\u00e8re<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de cannelle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de raisins secs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l\u2019\u0153uf, la margarine et <strong>versez<\/strong> progressivement le lait en m\u00e9langeant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les fruits secs,<strong> m\u00e9langez<\/strong> une derni\u00e8re fois et <strong>versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans un plat recouvert de papier cuisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Recouvrez<\/strong> avec un linge humide et placez le plat au four \u00e0 50\u00b0 pendant une heure (le temps que la brioche l\u00e8ve)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Montez<\/strong> la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 180\u00b0 et <strong>faites cuire<\/strong> pendant 40 minutes (n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 recouvrir la brioche en fin de cuisson)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
