jolies<strong> tasses en porcelaine fleuries<\/strong>, d&rsquo;\u00e9normes parts de <strong>g\u00e2teaux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me<\/strong> (v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, of course! :p) et des petits\u00a0<strong>scones tout chauds fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la confiture d&rsquo;abricot<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 6 scones<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">130 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">25 gr de f\u00e9cule (arrow root ou pomme de terre)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">70 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal nature (j&rsquo;ai choisi du lait de soja)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">20 gr de margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 sachet de levure sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe bomb\u00e9e de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la margarine, p\u00e9trissez \u00e0 la main en ajoutant progressivement le lait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une boule de p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse (pas collante! n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu de farine si c&rsquo;est le cas)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te sur une feuille de papier cuisson, placez une seconde feuille de papier cuisson au dessus et <strong>\u00e9talez<\/strong> avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur de 2 cm<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9coupez<\/strong> les scones dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte pi\u00e8ce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 10 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0 (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien dor\u00e9s, vous pouvez m\u00eame badigeonner les scones avec un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf avant cuisson pour un rendu extra dor\u00e9!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez <\/strong>les scones dans le sens de la largeur<strong>, garnissez-les <\/strong>de confitur<strong>e et d\u00e9vorez-les<\/strong> tout chauds avec une belle tasse de
