font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Lorsque j&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 d&rsquo;alimentation j&rsquo;ai glan\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de <strong>conseils<\/strong> et trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;<strong>inspiration<\/strong> dans les livres et j&rsquo;ai envie de<strong> partager mes lectures avec vous<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je dis \u00ab\u00a0ma\u00a0\u00bb biblioth\u00e8que mais je devrais dire \u00ab\u00a0mes\u00a0\u00bb puisqu&rsquo;elles seront au nombre de deux: <strong>une biblioth\u00e8que gourmande<\/strong>, dans laquelle je vous pr\u00e9senterai d&rsquo;<strong>app\u00e9tissants ouvrages<\/strong>, et <strong>une biblioth\u00e8que sant\u00e9<\/strong> dans laquelle je r\u00e9sumerai<strong> mes lectures sant\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je profite d&rsquo;une belle occasion qui m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e par\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.natura-sense.com\/livres.html\">Naturasens<\/a> pour inaugurer cette cat\u00e9gorie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e par la boutique en ligne\u00a0\u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner 2 \u0153uvres de mon choix parmi une belle collection de livres sur le th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;<strong>alimentation<\/strong> et de la <strong>sant\u00e9<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je compte vous les pr\u00e9senter tous les deux et j&rsquo;ouvre le bal avec un <strong>superbe ouvrage<\/strong>, tant par sa forme que par son contenu:<strong> le grand livre de la cuisine crue.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4398 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/glcc2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;est la couverture qui m&rsquo;a s\u00e9duit en premier (ne dit-on pas que le go\u00fbt passe aussi par la vue?), <strong>la photo aux tons glac\u00e9s d&rsquo;une \u00e9l\u00e9gante assiette de lasagnes de courgettes crues<\/strong>, elle donne parfaitement le ton du livre:<strong> une oeuvre \u00e9pur\u00e9e, qui va \u00e0 l&rsquo;essentiel, avec de tr\u00e8s belles illustrations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je ne suis pas<strong> crudivore<\/strong> mais j&rsquo;aime d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de cuisiner et je suis toujours bluff\u00e9e par ces <strong>recettes \u00e9labor\u00e9es qui passent la case \u00ab\u00a0cuisson\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Manger cru c&rsquo;est manger l&rsquo;aliment \u00ab\u00a0tout entier\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est profiter de tout ce qu&rsquo;il a \u00e0 nous offrir.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de ces <strong>aliments bruts<\/strong>, <strong>sublim\u00e9s<\/strong> juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut par l&rsquo;<strong>imagination<\/strong> sans jamais \u00eatre d\u00e9natur\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Voil\u00e0 pourquoi mon choix s&rsquo;est arr\u00eat\u00e9 sur cet ouvrage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Christophe Berg, l&rsquo;auteur, s&rsquo;est converti \u00e0 la <strong>Raw Food <\/strong>lors d&rsquo;un s\u00e9jour \u00e0 Singapour et nous invite \u00e0 plonger avec lui dans ce qu&rsquo;il appelle un <strong>\u00ab\u00a0bol de cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dans ce livre<strong>\u00a0il d\u00e9cortique<\/strong><strong>\u00a0la pratique de la cuisine crue<\/strong>: il expose <strong>les\u00a0<\/strong><strong>grands principes d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne \u00e0 respecter pour cuisiner cru<\/strong> ainsi que l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9quipement requis<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il aborde la question de l&rsquo;<strong>organisation <\/strong>(il nous raconte qu&rsquo;il privil\u00e9gie un temps de cuisine le week-end, nous explique la notion de \u00ab\u00a0marche en avant\u00a0\u00bb) et celle de l&rsquo;<strong>approvisionnement<\/strong> (en produits frais et en produits secs) puis il insiste sur la <strong>s\u00e9lection des ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Il r\u00e9serve quelques pages aux <strong>\u00ab\u00a0supers aliments\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0dont on entends beaucoup parler en ce moment: les poudres magiques, les superalgues, les supergraines, les superminifruits, les super\u00e9pices fra\u00eeches&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">La<strong> chor\u00e9graphie culinaire<\/strong> savamment d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9e va nous permettre de r\u00e9aliser les app\u00e9tissantes recettes propos\u00e9es: <strong>de quoi faire des repas et collations crues sans jamais s&rsquo;ennuyer<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des boissons chocolat\u00e9es, des jus verts, des lassis frapp\u00e9s, des smoothies, des tartinades, des crackers, des salades, des tartares, des makis, des soupes, des wraps, des assiettes compl\u00e8tes, des desserts gourmands&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4396 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cc8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4394 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/cc6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Les <strong>superbes photos<\/strong> suffisent \u00e0 me mettre<strong> l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la bouche<\/strong> et il me tarde de mettre en pratique les techniques du chef pour concocter un <strong>lassis chia-mangue<\/strong>, des <strong>biscottis \u00e0 l&rsquo;abricot et au sarrasin<\/strong>, du<strong> pain cru aux olives<\/strong> ou des <strong>wraps \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de carotte.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, j&rsquo;ai eu <strong>un vrai coup de c\u0153ur<\/strong> pour cet ouvrage qui, en plus de me donner de <strong>belles id\u00e9es<\/strong> et de <strong>nouvelles perspectives alimentaires,<\/strong> habille magnifiquement ma biblioth\u00e8que. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce livre l\u00e0, il faut l&rsquo;offrir \u00e0 un ami curieux, \u00e0 toutes les personnes aux alimentations d\u00e9cal\u00e9es (et pas seulement aux crudivores) mais <strong>il faut avant tout se l&rsquo;offrir \u00e0 soi m\u00eame!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
