Cette initiative lanc\u00e9e par des chercheurs et d\u00e9j\u00e0 appliqu\u00e9e dans 40 pays a pour but de <strong>sensibiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact environnemental et sanitaire de la surconsommation de ces produits<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Le principe? Ne pas consommer de viande et de poisson un jour par semaine et adopter des \u00ab\u00a0lundis verts\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit ma consommation de viande mais, puisque la cause me pla\u00eet et que j&rsquo;adore les d\u00e9fis, <strong>je mets un point d&rsquo;honneur \u00e0 teinter mes assiettes de vert le premier jour de la semaine.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Pour l&rsquo;occasion j&rsquo;ai revisit\u00e9<strong> un basique de chez basique<\/strong> qui pla\u00eet au plus grand nombre, ou plut\u00f4t qui ne peut pas ne pas plaire: <strong>les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la bolognaise.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ma\u00a0<strong>green bolo&rsquo;<\/strong>\u00a0,dans laquelle <strong>la viande hach\u00e9e se fait tofu<\/strong>, n&rsquo;a vraiment rien \u00e0 envier \u00e0 la recette originale et devrait vous faire aimer le lundi&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tamari<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 brique de coulis de tomate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9mincez<\/strong> l&rsquo;oignon et <strong>faite-le<\/strong> revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la carotte et l&rsquo;aubergine coup\u00e9es en brunoise ainsi que l&rsquo;ail press\u00e9 et <strong>faites-les revenir<\/strong>\u00a0avec l&rsquo;oignon en couvrant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Mixez<\/strong> le tofu avec la cuill\u00e8re de tamari\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> le tofu hach\u00e9 dans la po\u00eale, le coulis de tomate et l&rsquo;harissa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Assaisonnez<\/strong> avec le cumin, le sel et le poivre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Allongez<\/strong> avec l&rsquo;eau et faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant une vingtaine de minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
