{"id":4473,"date":"2019-03-06T08:00:30","date_gmt":"2019-03-06T07:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=4473"},"modified":"2019-04-19T14:41:40","modified_gmt":"2019-04-19T12:41:40","slug":"brunch-new-yorkais-oeufs-brouilles-au-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/03\/06\/brunch-new-yorkais-oeufs-brouilles-au-tofu\/","title":{"rendered":"Brunch New-Yorkais: Oeufs brouill\u00e9s au tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Le truc fou avec le tofu<\/strong> c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on peut <strong>le cuisiner \u00e0 toutes les sauces,<\/strong> avec un peu d&rsquo;<strong>imagination<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tenez par exemple, l&rsquo;autre jour, j&rsquo;avais envie d\u2019<strong>\u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>J&rsquo;ai ouvert mon frigo, <\/strong>envisag\u00e9 un peu tout ce qui s&rsquo;y trouvait et jet\u00e9 mon d\u00e9volu sur le <strong>bloc de tofu nature<\/strong> qui attendait sagement son heure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je l&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e8s, je lui ai fait prendre <strong>un bain de tamari<\/strong> avant de l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 mes <strong>\u0153ufs<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai obtenu <strong>un vrai petit plat de brunch New-Yorkais!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 2 personnes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 bloc de tofu nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de tamari (sauce soja sal\u00e9e sans gluten)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">des graines de s\u00e9same<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> le tofu en petit d\u00e8s et <strong>faites le<\/strong> mariner dans la sauce tamari\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites revenir<\/strong> le tofu marin\u00e9 \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans un fond d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quand le tofu est dor\u00e9, <strong>cassez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs par dessus et <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 2 minutes en remuant, <strong>parsemez<\/strong> de graines de s\u00e9same<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9vorez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">P.S: une autre recette de tofu?
