font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">l y a une petite histoire qui se cache derri\u00e8re cette recette&#8230;<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">L&rsquo;autre jour, toute inspir\u00e9e que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais, j&rsquo;ai lanc\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 ma copine blogueuse Alex qui tient le blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boiteamalicedemamanfee.fr\/\">Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Malice de Maman F\u00e9e : <\/a>\u00e9changeons nos recettes le temps d&rsquo;un article!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Alex, qui est aussi joueuse que moi, ne s&rsquo;est pas faite prier et a eu aussit\u00f4t fait de revisiter pas une mais deux de mes recettes et de proposer sur son blog des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boiteamalicedemamanfee.fr\/craquelins-aux-graines-tomates-sechees-et-origan\/\"> craquelins aux graines, tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et origan<\/a> et une<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boiteamalicedemamanfee.fr\/tartinade-vegetale-betterave-champignon-noisettes\/\"> tartinade v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la betterave, aux champignons et aux noisettes<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 un long moment \u00e0 parcourir <strong>la liste de ses recettes<\/strong> sans r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 faire mon choix (elles ont toutes l&rsquo;air d\u00e9licieuses) j&rsquo;ai fini par jeter mon d\u00e9volu sur des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boiteamalicedemamanfee.fr\/falafels-au-four\/\">petites falafels croustillantes cuites au four<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Petit hic, je n&rsquo;avais plus de <strong>graines de lin<\/strong> en stock. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Puisqu&rsquo;<strong>on ne fait pas attendre une envie de falafel<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les remplacer les graines par un \u0153uf et un peu de f\u00e9cule pour \u00e9paissir la pr\u00e9paration&#8230;je n&rsquo;ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te assez \u00e9paisse pour former des <strong>v\u00e9ritables falafels<\/strong> comme celles d&rsquo;Alex, et, si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu d\u00e9\u00e7ue au d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 ravie par la texture et le go\u00fbt de mes <strong>croquettes fa\u00e7on falafels!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;arrow root<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de gomasio (ou de sel fin)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol du mixeur et mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Formez<\/strong> des croquettes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe et d\u00e9posez les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
