femme inspirante et pleine d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui se cache derri\u00e8re le blog <a href=\"http:\/\/www.latelierdekristel.com\/\">\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;atelier de Kristel\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> (et que je vous invite \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir) \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une <strong>battle culinaire<\/strong> au <strong>salon Terroir et chocolat de la ville d&rsquo;Evreux<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Si vous me connaissez un peu et si vous avec eu l&rsquo;occasion de lire mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/10\/06\/journal-de-bord-dune-toque-bio\/\">journal de bord d&rsquo;une toque bio <\/a>vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas sans savoir que <strong>j&rsquo;adore les<\/strong> <strong>d\u00e9fis culinaires<\/strong>: ce sont de <strong>belles aventures humaines qui transportent et enrichissent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce challenge l\u00e0 avait un petit quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas pour me d\u00e9plaire: il fallait <strong>\u00e9laborer un plat sans cuisson \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un large choix d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par Kristel<\/strong>, et s&rsquo;adapter aux <strong>intol\u00e9rances alimentaires<\/strong> de Val\u00e9rie, auteure du blog <a and Bio<\/a> et membre du jury: pas de <strong>gluten<\/strong>, pas de <strong>cas\u00e9ine de lait<\/strong>, pas de<strong> blanc d\u2019\u0153uf<\/strong> et pas de <strong>noix de cajou<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nous \u00e9tions trois candidats et nous avions une heure et demi pour<strong> cr\u00e9er<\/strong> <strong>un plat complet et dresser trois assiettes <\/strong>(une pour chacun des membres du jury).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Apr\u00e8s un petit temps d&rsquo;h\u00e9sitation l&rsquo;inspiration m&rsquo;est venue et <strong>j&rsquo;ai pris plaisir \u00e0 cuisiner sous l\u2019\u0153il curieux du public<\/strong> <strong>et les questions d&rsquo;un jury intrigu\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;est une<strong> assiette v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> <strong>haute en couleurs et en saveurs<\/strong> que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au jury, elle \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de <strong>lasagnes crues au tofu<\/strong>, d&rsquo;une <strong>tartelette sucr\u00e9e\/sal\u00e9e aux cranberries et \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat<\/strong> et de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/07\/16\/houmous-mon-amour\/\">sacro saint houmous<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mes assiettes ont su convaincre le jury puisque j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9colt\u00e9 de <strong>jolis compliments<\/strong> ( une des membres du jury a m\u00eame dit que je l&rsquo;avais r\u00e9concili\u00e9e avec le tofu, c&rsquo;est dire!) ainsi que le <strong>premier prix<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai promis \u00e0 Kristel de partager mon secret par ici, le voici:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> new roman', times, serif;\">1 courgette<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 bloc de tofu nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une belle poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;olives noires<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une poign\u00e9e du m\u00e9lange de graines de votre choix ( ici des pignons et graines des s\u00e9same)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel de gu\u00e9rande, du poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> les courgettes en fines lamelles dans le sens de la longueur, <strong>badigeonnez-les<\/strong> d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, <strong>salez<\/strong> et <strong>poivrez<\/strong>, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> le tofu en d\u00e8s grossiers,<strong> faites-le mariner <\/strong>une vingtaine de minutes dans un bol avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et les olives noires. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Mixez<\/strong> le tofu marin\u00e9 puis <strong>montez<\/strong> les lasagnes: une tranche de courgette, le tofu mix\u00e9, une seconde tranche de courgette, le tofu mix\u00e9, une derni\u00e8re tranche de courgette parsem\u00e9e des graines de votre choix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tartelettes crues<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr d&rsquo;amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de cranberries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de l&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 avocat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel de gu\u00e9rande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une pinc\u00e9e de cumin ou de curry (falcultatif)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">des graines pour la d\u00e9co (ici noix et pignons)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Mixez<\/strong> ensemble les amandes et les cranberries en ajoutant un peu d&rsquo;eau (une \u00e0 deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe maxi) afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te sur une feuille de papier cuisson et <strong>\u00e9talez-la<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide vos mains (ou recouvrez-la d&rsquo;une seconde feuille de papier cuisson et utilisez un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie) sur 2 mm de hauteur environ<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9coupez<\/strong> vos fond de tarte \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ce, <strong>r\u00e9servez-les<\/strong> au frais pendant une dizaine de minutes (j&rsquo;ai choisi de les mettre au cong\u00e9lateur pour gagner du temps)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9crasez<\/strong> l&rsquo;avocat \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette, <strong>assaisonnez<\/strong> avec l&rsquo;\u00e9pice de votre choix et <strong>salez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Dressez les assiettes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> trois fonds de tartelettes dans chaque assiette (d\u00e9collez-les d\u00e9licatement du papier cuisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la lame d&rsquo;un couteau) et <strong>recouvrez-les<\/strong> d&rsquo;avocat, <strong>parsemez<\/strong> des graines de votre choix<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> une demi lasagne dans chaque assiette ainsi qu&rsquo;un peu de houmous (vous pouvez utiliser une poche \u00e0 douille si vous souhaitez en faire un joli motif<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez parler<\/strong> votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9corer l&rsquo;assiette (des graines, des fleurs&#8230;)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times,
