font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai toujours trouv\u00e9 <strong>une certaine \u00e9l\u00e9gance aux tartares<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 persuad\u00e9e qu&rsquo;ils demandaient un savoir faire que je n&rsquo;avais pas, une technique secr\u00e8te r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux grands <\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">cuisiniers&#8230;quelles sont b\u00eate les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues parfois!<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Un tartare, finalement, \u00e7a demande juste <strong>un peu d&rsquo;imagination<\/strong> et <strong>quelques grammes de patience, <\/strong>en tout cas c&rsquo;est bien tout ce dont j&rsquo;ai eu besoin ce dimanche soir!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai mari\u00e9 le <\/span><strong>beau pav\u00e9 de saumon<\/strong> <strong>frais achet\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"> le matin m\u00eame avec une\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">\u00e9chalote cisel\u00e9e, <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">de la<\/span><strong> sauce tamari et<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"> du <strong>sirop de fleur de coco<\/strong> et je lui ai laiss\u00e9 le temps de s&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner de cette <strong>fantaisie sucr\u00e9e\/sal\u00e9e<\/strong> et <\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9e d&rsquo;un <\/span><strong>savoureux tartare de saumon \u00e0 la japonaise<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
