font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;adore r\u00e9aliser ces <strong>minis cakes ronds<\/strong> et les d\u00e9cliner \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie, cette fois-ci ce sont des petits <strong>muffins pal\u00e9os sans sucre \u00e0 la farine de sarrasin et \u00e0 la poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/strong> que j&rsquo;ai gliss\u00e9 dans mon sac.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">La <strong>farine de sarrasin<\/strong> a du caract\u00e8re et il faut savoir appr\u00e9cier <strong>sa saveur prononc\u00e9e<\/strong>, dans cette recette la <strong>poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/strong> l&rsquo;adoucit juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut et rend les <strong>muffins moelleux<\/strong> comme on les aime.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai volontairement choisi de <strong>ne pas ajouter de sucre autre que celui des fruits<\/strong>: la compote, les <strong>d\u00e8s de pomme fondants<\/strong> et les<strong> fruits secs s<\/strong>uffisent \u00e0 rendre mes<strong> petits muffins gourmands<\/strong> comme tout.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour 10 muffins<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de bicarbonate alimentaire ( + quelques gouttes de citron)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 \u0153uf (ou une demi banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e pour une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">300 gr de compote sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (soja, riz, amande, coco&#8230;au choix!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une pomme coup\u00e9e en petits d\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 poign\u00e9e des fruits secs de votre choix (j&rsquo;ai pris des raisins secs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">les becs tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s pourront ajouter 30 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l\u2019\u0153uf, la compote,<strong> m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la cr\u00e8me et l&rsquo;huile, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les d\u00e9s de pomme et les fruits secs, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong> une derni\u00e8re fois<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans des moules \u00e0 muffins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
