Ou alors quelqu&rsquo;un qui n&rsquo;a jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9 l&rsquo;houmous&#8230;mais \u00e7a peut vite s&rsquo;arranger!<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>printemps<\/strong> m&rsquo;a inspir\u00e9e une <strong>fantaisie<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai envie de \u00ab\u00a0pimper\u00a0\u00bb mon sacro saint <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/07\/16\/houmous-mon-amour\/\">houmous<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui l&rsquo;ignorent, ce qui fait qu&rsquo;un <strong>houmous<\/strong> peut porter le nom de <strong>houmous<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est la <strong>pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same<\/strong> qui le compose (qu&rsquo;on appelle aussi <strong>Tahin<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Le temps d&rsquo;un ap\u00e9ro, les pois chiches se sont vu voler la vedette par&#8230;<strong>la carotte!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un petit <strong>dips printannier orange et cr\u00e9meux<\/strong> comme tout qui a accompagn\u00e9 mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/07\/16\/crackers-aperitifs-aux-graines\/\">crackers aux graines<\/a> ce jours l\u00e0&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 carottes<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tahin (pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> les carottes \u00e0 la vapeur douce jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient fondantes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Placez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol du mixeur et <strong>mixez<\/strong> pendant 5 minutes (plus vous mixerez longtemps, plus le houmous sera cr\u00e9meux)<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frais<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>D\u00e9gustez!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Conseils de d\u00e9gustation:<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro avec des b\u00e2tonnets de crudit\u00e9, des tortillas ou gressins sans gluten; au repas dans un bowl compos\u00e9, pour accompagner une salade, dans un sandwich ou un wrap \u00e0 la place du beurre!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>P.S: Envie de varier les <del>plaisirs\u00a0 <\/del>houmous ?
