font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;habitude de r\u00e9pondre par un petit sourire moqueur quand on me parlait de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement comme du <strong>\u00ab\u00a0plus beau jour de ma vie\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, et finalement, on en est pas loin!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u00c7a a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>une tr\u00e8s belle journ\u00e9e, hors du temps, pleine d&rsquo;amour et de jolies \u00e9nergies&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quelques jours plus tard je f\u00eatais mon <strong>31\u00e8me anniversaire<\/strong> et l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement aurait pu facilement passer inaper\u00e7u apr\u00e8s toutes ces <strong>\u00e9motions<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Seulement voil\u00e0, <em><strong>souffler mes bougies, c&rsquo;est sacr\u00e9!<\/strong><\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai tenu \u00e0 faire <strong>un g\u00e2teau<\/strong> pour l&rsquo;occasion, une <strong>p\u00e2tisserie simple et gourmande:<\/strong><strong>une tarte aux fraises d&rsquo;anniversaire.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une <strong>p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte \u00e0 la farine de ch\u00e2taigne et \u00e0 la poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/strong>, une <strong>cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re au lait d&rsquo;amande <\/strong>et recouverte de <strong>belles fraises bien sucr\u00e9es&#8230;<\/strong>voil\u00e0<strong> les saveurs de mon<\/strong> <strong>premier anniversaire de femme mari\u00e9e!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine-saine.fr\/recette-paleo\/pate-a-tarte-paleo-sans-gluten\/\">cette recette<\/a> en version sucr\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de farine de chata\u00eegne<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de farine de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr d&rsquo;arrow root<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">15 gr d&rsquo;huile de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">80 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour la cr\u00e8me patissi\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">500 ml de lait d&rsquo;amandes sans sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr d&rsquo;arrow root (ou d&rsquo;une autre f\u00e9cule)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;extrait de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>Pour la garniture<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">500 gr de belles fraises!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>On pr\u00e9pare la p\u00e2te<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs, <strong>formez<\/strong> un puits et <strong>d\u00e9posez<\/strong> l\u2019\u0153uf et l&rsquo;huile de coco au centre,<strong> p\u00e9trissez<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Filmez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9servez-la au frigo 15 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9talez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser) et <strong>d\u00e9posez-la<\/strong> dans un plat \u00e0 tarte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Piquez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te, recouvrez-la de haricots secs et <strong>faites-la cuire<\/strong> \u00e0 blanc pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Battez<\/strong> les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le sucre et l&rsquo;arrow root et <strong>versez<\/strong> le lait chaud progressivement en continuant \u00e0 battre (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans la casserole et <strong>faites-la chauffer<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe ( elle doit napper une cuill\u00e8re en bois)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez refroidir<\/strong> la cr\u00e8me dans un r\u00e9cipient au frigo<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>On dresse la tarte<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la cr\u00e8me sur le fond de tarte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> les fraises, <strong>\u00e9queutez-les<\/strong> et <strong>coupez-les<\/strong> en deux dans le sens de la hauteur<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
