font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> Entre un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/06\/22\/clafoutis-aux-cerises\/\">clafoutis aux cerises<\/a> et un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/01\/25\/invisible-aux-pommes\/\">invisible aux pommes<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai gliss\u00e9 dans mon four <strong>un g\u00e2teau moelleux \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande et aux abricots<\/strong>,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;imagine que je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e0 vous convaincre de la <strong>compatibilit\u00e9 de ces deux saveurs<\/strong>&#8230;entre la <strong>douceur de l&rsquo;amande<\/strong> et l&rsquo;<strong>acidul\u00e9 de l&rsquo;abricot<\/strong>, le <strong>mariage<\/strong> est forc\u00e9ment r\u00e9ussi!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Le secret de cette gourmandise c&rsquo;est le choix des fruits<\/strong> (et vous verrez que j&rsquo;insiste encore plus bas \u00e0 ce sujet), il faut des <strong>abricots sucr\u00e9s \u00e0 souhait<\/strong> pour que l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 ne prennent pas le dessus sur la<strong> douceur du g\u00e2teau,<\/strong> qui n&rsquo;est sucr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;avec un peu de <strong>sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>A vos tabliers&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 \u00e0 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 sachet de levure sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une dizaine d&rsquo;abricots bien m\u00fbrs (c&rsquo;est important, sinon l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;abricot prends le dessus)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> les abricots, <strong>d\u00e9coupez-les<\/strong> et <strong>disposez-les<\/strong> en\u00a0 arc de cercle au fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau graiss\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble la farine, la poudre d&rsquo;amande et la levure<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs, le sirop d&rsquo;agave, la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande,<strong> m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
