font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dans ma cuisine c&rsquo;est un vrai <strong>d\u00e9fil\u00e9 de clafoutis<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/02\/clafoutis-amande-cerises-sans-gluten-sans-lait-paleo\/\">clafoutis \u00e0 l&rsquo;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/02\/clafoutis-amande-cerises-sans-gluten-sans-lait-paleo\/\">amande et aux cerises<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/07\/01\/monomanie-clafoutis-clafoutis-aux-abricots\/\">clafoutis aux abricots<\/a>, et tout r\u00e9cemment, <strong>clafoutis aux p\u00eaches!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois que je d\u00e9cidais d&rsquo;utiliser ce <strong>fruit juteux et sucr\u00e9<\/strong> pour en faire <strong>un g\u00e2teau<\/strong> et je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue du r\u00e9sultat: un <strong>dessert acidul\u00e9 tout l\u00e9ger<\/strong>, tout pile ce qu&rsquo;il fallait pour terminer en beaut\u00e9 le <strong>d\u00e9jeuner du dimanche<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">6 p\u00eaches jaunes bien m\u00fbres<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">200 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sans sucre (ici du lait d&rsquo;amande)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 sachet de levure sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes (facultatif, pour la d\u00e9co)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9pluchez<\/strong> les p\u00eaches, <strong>coupez-les<\/strong> en morceaux et <strong>d\u00e9posez-les<\/strong> dans un plat graiss\u00e9 (j&rsquo;utilise de l&rsquo;huile de coco d\u00e9sodoris\u00e9e)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Battez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs, ajoutez la farine, la f\u00e9cule, le sucre, la levure, la vanille et la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> progressivement le lait en m\u00e9langeant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration sur les p\u00eaches<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Parsemez<\/strong> d&rsquo;amandes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> pendant 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
