Il fallait au moins quelque chose qui porte le nom de <strong>p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong>, quelque chose de <strong>raffin\u00e9<\/strong>, il fallait<strong><em> l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance sucr\u00e9e de la p\u00e2tisserie crue<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je suis tomb\u00e9e sous son charme il y a quelques temps en r\u00e9alisant une<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/02\/22\/tarte-crue-decadente-myrtille-coco-paleo\/\"> tarte crue d\u00e9cadente myrtille\/coco, <\/a>et j&rsquo;y ai d\u00e9finitivement succomb\u00e9 avec une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/03\/17\/dessert-passionne-tarte-crue-chocolat-fruits-rouges\/\">tarte crue au chocolat et aux fruits rouges.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Cette fois, je n&rsquo;ai pas compl\u00e8tement innov\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 une recette du blog <a href=\"http:\/\/noyauetpepin.fr\/\">Noyau et P\u00e9pin<\/a> et j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <strong>une tarte crue \u00e0 la pistache et aux fruits rouges<\/strong>: une <strong>base croquante<\/strong> <strong>et sucr\u00e9e \u00e0 la pistache et aux dattes<\/strong>, une <strong>confiture acidul\u00e9e aux fruits rouges<\/strong> et une <strong>mousse d\u00e9licate aux fraises et au lait de coco<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Un dessert tout en finesse et saveurs<\/strong>, digne de cette <strong>grande occasion<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de flocon de riz<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de datte deglet nour d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour le coulis<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">300 gr de cocktail de fruits rouges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;agar-agar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour la mousse<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">300 gr de fraises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">400 ml de lait de coco (en conserve)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase d&rsquo;agar agar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Et quelques pistaches pour le topping!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>On pr\u00e9pare la base<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le mixeur et mixez par \u00e0-coups jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te granuleuse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Graissez<\/strong> un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re et d\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te dans le fond du moule en tassant bien avec les mains<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>R\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frigo le temps de pr\u00e9parer la confiture<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare la confiture<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole, faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux pendant une vingtaine de minutes en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Sortez<\/strong> la base du frigo et \u00e9talez la confiture par dessus, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong> de nouveau au frais pendant 2 heures, le temps que le coulis<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare la mousse<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que pour la confiture, <strong>placez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole et <strong>faites chauffer<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux une vingtaine de minutes en m\u00e9langeant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la confiture obtenue dans le mixeur, ajoutez le lait de coco et mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me lisse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration par dessus la confiture, <strong>parsemez<\/strong> de pistaches concass\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9co et <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frais pendant 4 heures minimum avant d\u00e9gustation (je l&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9e la veille au soir)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
