font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je crois que<strong> c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 qui veut \u00e7a!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">En m\u00eame temps, elles ont tout bon ces <strong>tartes et quiches<\/strong>: elles sont <strong>rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong>, <strong>facile \u00e0 emporter<\/strong> (pour les adeptes du pique nique comme moi) et on a le choix pour les d\u00e9guster, <strong>chaudes<\/strong>, <strong>froides<\/strong>, en <strong>entr\u00e9e<\/strong>, en <strong>plat principal<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il y a eu la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/10\/tarte-rustique-provencale-moutarde-thon-tomates-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">tarte rustique proven\u00e7ale<\/a>, la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/15\/quiche-lorraine-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\"> quiche lorraine<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/05\/29\/tarte-salee-aux-legumes-du-soleil-et-au-tofu-fume-vegetariennesans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">tarte aux l\u00e9gumes du soleil et au tofu fum\u00e9<\/a>&#8230;et la derni\u00e8re en date: une <strong>quiche aux l\u00e9gumes d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et au thon<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>De la tomate, de la courgette, du thon, une p\u00e2te parfum\u00e9e au romarin&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les farine, le sel et les aromates<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;huile puis l&rsquo;eau en p\u00e9trissant progressivement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Lorsque la p\u00e2te est homog\u00e8ne, <strong>formez<\/strong> une boule et <strong>r\u00e9servez-la<\/strong> au frigo le temps de pr\u00e9parer la garniture<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> la tomate en cubes, r\u00e9servez<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Battez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs avec la moutarde, le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, <strong>assaisonnez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>On compose la quiche<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9talez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser et <strong>d\u00e9posez-la<\/strong> dans un moule<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> les l\u00e9gumes dans le fond de tarte (l&rsquo;oignon, la courgette et la tomate) et <strong>versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration liquide par dessus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
