{"id":5183,"date":"2019-09-25T10:43:49","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T08:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=5183"},"modified":"2019-12-23T15:35:07","modified_gmt":"2019-12-23T14:35:07","slug":"carres-du-petit-dejeuner-a-lavoine-et-aux-dattes-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/09\/25\/carres-du-petit-dejeuner-a-lavoine-et-aux-dattes-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/","title":{"rendered":"Carr\u00e9s aux flocons d&rsquo;avoine et aux dattes- sans gluten, sans lait, v\u00e9gans"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Recette de petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 emporter<\/strong> qui peut vite se transformer en go\u00fbter: des <strong>carr\u00e9s aux flocons d&rsquo;avoine et aux dattes.<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Un petit moment qu&rsquo;une recette de <strong>carr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoine<\/strong> me trottait dans la t\u00eate mais que je n&rsquo;osais pas la r\u00e9aliser parce que j&rsquo;ai toujours un peu de mal \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer l&rsquo;avoine (m\u00eame sans gluten, c&rsquo;est vite lourd). <\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Finalement <strong>la gourmandise<\/strong> l&rsquo;a emport\u00e9 et j&rsquo;ai enfil\u00e9 mon tablier dimanche pour confectionner mes\u00a0<strong>petits d\u00e9jeuners de la semaine<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Il y a certains ingr\u00e9dients qui semblent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour qu&rsquo;on les marie ensemble (chocolat\/banane, pomme\/cannelle, miel\/amande etc)&#8230;et bien je pense qu&rsquo;<strong>avoine et dattes<\/strong> en font parti!\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je me r\u00e9gale d\u00e8s le r\u00e9veil avec ces<strong> carr\u00e9s fondants et sucr\u00e9s!<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour 6 carr\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de flocons d&rsquo;avoine sans gluten (ou de sarrasin si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de farine de lupin (ou de farine de riz si vous n&rsquo;avez pas)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande blanche<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de dattes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml d&rsquo;eau (quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 adapter)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel de gu\u00e9rande (facultatif)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> les dates d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es en petits morceaux dans une casserole avec l&rsquo;eau et la pinc\u00e9e de sel, <strong>portez<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et faites chauffer \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e de dattes.\u00a0 <em>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau si les dattes n&rsquo;ont pas fondu assez.
