J&rsquo;ai eu envie d&rsquo;innover, de le faire un peu plus \u00ab\u00a0petit d\u00e9jeuner\u00a0\u00bb en lui ajoutant un <strong>mix de flocons d&rsquo;avoine sans gluten: l&rsquo;avoine divine Iswari de la boutique Terra Veggie dont je suis ambassadrice.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">R\u00e9sultat: <strong>un g\u00e2teau sucr\u00e9 juste avec les fruits<\/strong> , <strong>moelleux comme tout<\/strong> avec un <strong>petit go\u00fbt c\u00e9r\u00e9alier<\/strong> tr\u00e8s sympa, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster <strong>nature<\/strong> ou<strong> tartin\u00e9.<\/strong>..<strong>la promesse d&rsquo;une belle journ\u00e9e<\/strong>!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 bananes tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres (170 gr)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">60 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">60 gr de flocons d&rsquo;avoine sans gluten (j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 le mix avoine divine Iswari de la boutique en ligne Terra Veggie)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te ou de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 sachet de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>pour les plus gourmands: des raisins secs, des p\u00e9pites de chocolat (facultatif)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Si vous utilisez des flocons d&rsquo;avoine nature, <strong>mixez-les<\/strong> de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une poudre avec de petits morceaux (faites des accoups avec votre mixeur)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble, la farine, l&rsquo;avoine mix\u00e9e (ou le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;avoine divine) et la poudre \u00e0 lever<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00c9crasez<\/strong> les bananes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette et <strong>ajoutez-les<\/strong> au m\u00e9lange sec avec les oeufs, le yaourt et la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 cake et <strong>faites-cuire<\/strong> pendant 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>D\u00e9vorez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>P.S: La boutique en ligne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terra-veggie.fr\/fr\/6-boutique\">Terra Veggie<\/a> propose plein de produits sains et gourmands, un large choix v\u00e9gan et sans gluten de petits producteurs.
