font-size: 12pt;\">Avec un <strong>super aliment<\/strong> on fait des <strong>super-pancakes!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il y a quelques jours, j&rsquo;ai invit\u00e9 une guest star dans ma pr\u00e9paration du petit d\u00e9jeuner et j&rsquo;ai fait des <strong>pancakes tr\u00e8s moelleux aux graines de chia<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Si vous ne les connaissez pas encore, <strong>ces petites graines mexicaines ont de multiples vertus<\/strong>: elles sont de vraie<strong>s bombes nutritionnelles<\/strong>, riches en<strong> fibres<\/strong>, <strong>vitamines<\/strong> et <strong>nutriments<\/strong>, et elles ont le super pouvoir de <strong>remplacer les \u0153ufs<\/strong> dans une recette (avis aux v\u00e9gan d&rsquo;entre vous)!<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Je vous ai habitu\u00e9 aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/01\/07\/pancakes-mega-fluffy-a-la-farine-de-riz-avec-ou-sans-choco\/\">pancakes super fluffys<\/a> et ceux-ci ne le sont pas mais, je vous rassure, ce sont de <strong>d\u00e9licieuses petites cr\u00eapes<\/strong>, toutes<strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8res<\/strong> et parfaites pour un <strong>petit d\u00e9jeuner gourmand<\/strong>!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Pour une dizaine de pancakes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">80 gr de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">20 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graine de chia + 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">150 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sans sucres ajout\u00e9s (j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du lait d&rsquo;amande)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille liquide<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parez<\/strong> l\u2019\u0153uf de chia en faisant tremper les graines de chia dans l&rsquo;eau pendant 5 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> le sirop d&rsquo;agave, la vanille et l\u2019\u0153uf de chia<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> progressivement le lait en m\u00e9langeant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> de petits ronds de p\u00e2te dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eapes, <strong>laissez bien cuire<\/strong> la premi\u00e8re face (les pancakes sont assez fins, si vous les retournez trop t\u00f4t ils risquent de se casser) avant de les retourner<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>D\u00e9vorez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Conseil d\u00e9gustation: A tartiner de beurre de pomme, de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner au chocolat noir ou de caramel de dattes pour un vrai de vrai moment gourmand!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
