Quel dr\u00f4le de nom!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Apr\u00e8s les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/03\/10\/cookioches-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">Cookioches<\/a>, c&rsquo;est une nouvelle recette de Cl\u00e9mence (alias <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/clemfit_run\/?hl=fr\">Clemfit_run<\/a>) au nom rigolo que je revisite \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">C&rsquo;\u00e9tait bien trop tentant!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">La recette originale comporte du fromage blanc, de la ma\u00efzena et un peu de sucre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai choisi d&rsquo;utiliser du <strong>yaourt de soja<\/strong> (pour une version <strong>sans cas\u00e9ine<\/strong>) et de l&rsquo;<strong>arrow root<\/strong> (parce que cette f\u00e9cule est plus digeste et a un<strong> index glyc\u00e9mique<\/strong> plus bas que la ma\u00efzena), et j&rsquo;ai fait l&rsquo;impasse sur l&rsquo;<strong>ajout de sucre<\/strong> (avec la banane,la compote et les pommes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, j&rsquo;avais ce qu&rsquo;il me fallait!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Une <strong>texture onctueuse de flan,<\/strong> l&rsquo;<strong>acidul\u00e9 des fruits <\/strong>dans un <strong>g\u00e2teau tout l\u00e9ger<\/strong> pour des <strong>petits d\u00e9jeuners et go\u00fbters gourmands<\/strong> comme je les aime&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Encore une fois, merci Cl\u00e9mence pour ce <strong>petit r\u00e9gal<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">2 pommes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">50 gr de fruits rouges (surgel\u00e9s quand pas de saison)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9crasez<\/strong> la banane \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la banane \u00e9cras\u00e9e, les \u0153ufs, le yaourt, la compote et l&rsquo;arrow root<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les fruits, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 35 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>R\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frigo pendant minimum 4 heures (l&rsquo;id\u00e9al \u00e9tant une nuit compl\u00e8te, le flanboisier se consomme bien frais!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
