Elle la r\u00e9alise avec de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, j&rsquo;ai bien pens\u00e9 utiliser de la cr\u00e8me de soja \u00e0 la place mais l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dernier <strong>hommage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> dans un<strong> l\u00e9gume d&rsquo;automne<\/strong> \u00e9tait trop tentante. Je vous pr\u00e9sente donc, sans plus tarder, le nouveau chouchou de vos longues soir\u00e9es d&rsquo;octobre: le <strong>potimarron r\u00f4ti \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 2 personnes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 potimarron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de l&rsquo;ail en poudre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">sel, poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> bien le potimarron (la peau se mange si il est bio)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Coupez<\/strong> le en deux dans le sens de la hauteur<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>\u00c9p\u00e9pinez<\/strong>-le<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez le<\/strong> dans un plat allant au four<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> dans chaque moiti\u00e9 de potimarron une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, badigeonnez toute la chair (id\u00e9alement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Assaisonnez<\/strong> avec l&rsquo;ail, le sel, le poivre \u00e0 convenance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 40 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Sortez du four et savourez<\/strong>\u00a0tout chaud, en accompagnement d&rsquo;une <strong>viande<\/strong> ou d&rsquo;une <strong>po\u00eal\u00e9e de quinoa\/champignons<\/strong>, un moment de d\u00e9tente assur\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-594 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/potimarron-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5184\" height=\"3456\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>P.S: Fan de potimarron?
