font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pourtant ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9: plus jeune je n&rsquo;avais aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat pour cette p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9trange consistance<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Et puis, le temps passant, mes go\u00fbts ont \u00e9volu\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un premier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/06\/03\/flan-coco-moelleux-comme-tout\/\">flan sans p\u00e2te \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a> et j&rsquo;y ai pris go\u00fbt: quelle <strong>gourmandise r\u00e9confortante<\/strong>!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">70 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">80 gr de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>Pour le flan<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de f\u00e9cule<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">40 gr de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 l de lait d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 gousse de vanille fendue ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une pinc\u00e9e de curcuma pour colorer le flan <em>(facultatif)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare la p\u00e2te<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la farine, la f\u00e9cule, le sucre et la poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong>\u00a0l\u2019\u0153uf, le beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, <strong>p\u00e9trissez<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Formez<\/strong> une boule de p\u00e2te, <strong>filmez<\/strong> et <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frais pendant une dizaine de minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Sortez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te du frigo, <strong>\u00e9talez-la<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson et <strong>d\u00e9posez-la<\/strong> dans un plat \u00e0 tarte<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare le flan\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> 750 ml de lait dans une casserole avec la vanille (soit la gousse de vanille gratt\u00e9e, soit l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de vanille) le curcuma <em>(facultatif)<\/em> et <strong>portez<\/strong> \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pendant ce temps, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong> le sucre, les \u0153ufs et la f\u00e9cule avec les 250 ml de lait restants \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, puis <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> le lait port\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en continuant de battre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Reversez<\/strong> le m\u00e9lange dans la casserole et <strong>faites chauffer<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux quelques minutes sans cesser de remuer, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est bien \u00e9pais, <strong>sortez-le<\/strong> du feu et <strong>versez-le<\/strong> dans le fond de tarte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 50 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 (vous pouvez couvrir le flan pour les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes de cuisson)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez refroidir<\/strong> puis <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frais pendant minimum 4h (il se tient mieux apr\u00e8s une nuit au frais)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
