font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Un g\u00e2teau dans lequel <strong>les fruits ont la part belle<\/strong> et se superposent tant et si bien qu&rsquo;on finit par ne plus les distinguer et qu&rsquo;ils deviennent&#8230;<strong>invisibles<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">40 gr de poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de compote de pomme sans sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal <em>(j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du yaourt de soja)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave ou de miel <em>(facultatif, la compote et les pommes sucrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien le g\u00e2teau)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re <em>(facultatif)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9pluchez<\/strong> les pommes puis <strong>coupez-les<\/strong> en fines lamelles <em>(j&rsquo;utilise la lame de mon robot, vous pouvez aussi utiliser une mandoline ou le faire \u00e0 la main<\/em>) et <strong>d\u00e9posez-les<\/strong> dans le fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble la farine, la poudre d&rsquo;amande et la poudre \u00e0 lever<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la compote, les \u0153ufs, le sirop d&rsquo;agave, le yaourt et la vanille,<strong> m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
