font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Si les<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/pas-si-tarte\/\"> tartes sal\u00e9es<\/a> n&rsquo;ont plus de secret pour moi, les<strong> empa\u00f1adas<\/strong>, je n&rsquo;avais encore jamais fait!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 la recette de p\u00e2te du blog <a href=\"https:\/\/commentjaichangedevie.fr\/empanadas-sans-gluten\/\">comment j&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 de vie<\/a>, pour ne pas risquer de louper mes premiers <strong>petits chaussons espagnols<\/strong>, et je les ai garni de <strong>courgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e, de petits oignons et de blanc de poulet<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Verdict: un <strong>jeu d&rsquo;enfant<\/strong> \u00e0 concocter, un <strong>r\u00e9gal<\/strong> \u00e0 d\u00e9guster!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour une dizaine de petits empa\u00f1adas<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">20 gr d&rsquo;arrow root<em> (dans la recette originale elle utilise de la f\u00e9cule de mais, vous pouvez aussi opter pour de la f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 ajuster<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour la garniture<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de blanc de poulet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 oignon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare la p\u00e2te<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;huile, puis l&rsquo;eau progressivement de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Formez<\/strong> une boule de p\u00e2te, <strong>aplatissez-la<\/strong>, filmez-la et <strong>r\u00e9servez-la<\/strong> au frais le temps de pr\u00e9parer la garniture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em><strong>On pr\u00e9pare la garniture<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> la demi courgette et <strong>r\u00e2pez-la<\/strong>, <strong>faites-la revenir<\/strong> dans un fond d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec l&rsquo;oignon coup\u00e9 en fines lamelles, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et <strong>recouvrez<\/strong> d&rsquo;eau, <strong>couvrez<\/strong> et faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien fondants<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
