Je suis habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser en poudre, pour faire mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/03\/11\/pain-au-vitaliseur-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">pain \u00e0 la vapeur douce,<\/a> mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois que je pensais \u00e0 l&rsquo;inviter dans une <strong>p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancakes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">R\u00e9sultat: <strong>des pancakes bien moelleux et un brunch de folie!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour 7 pancakes<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poudre de psyllium<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">160 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">les \u00e9pices et herbes de votre choix: cumin, curry, paprika, origan, herbes de Provence&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble la farine, le psyllium, la poudre \u00e0 lever, le sel et les \u00e9pices<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> le yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et l&rsquo;eau en m\u00e9langeant progressivement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisse p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancakes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> des petits ronds de p\u00e2te dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eape,<strong> faites cuire<\/strong> les pancakes quelques minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Servez<\/strong> avec de l&rsquo;\u00e9cras\u00e9 d&rsquo;avocat, un oeuf mollet, du saumon, des petits l\u00e9gumes, du tofu ou des \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>R\u00e9galez-vous!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>P.S: Pensez \u00e0 doubler la quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te et \u00e0 congeler quelques pancakes pour en avoir toujours en stock!
