font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Guest star de mon dernier ap\u00e9ritif: un <strong>houmous de lentilles corail<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je voue une v\u00e9ritable passion pour <strong>le houmous et <\/strong>je <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">d\u00e9gaine cette <strong>pur\u00e9e de pois chiche savoureuse<\/strong> d\u00e8s que j&rsquo;en ai l&rsquo;occasion: pour les <strong>ap\u00e9ritifs et pique-niques<\/strong> entre amis, pour les <strong>petits snacks<\/strong> de fin de journ\u00e9e, au c\u0153ur d&rsquo;une <strong>belle salade compos\u00e9e<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;en connais la recette par c\u0153ur et je pourrais la faire les yeux ferm\u00e9s!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quant aux lentilles corail, je les affectionne tout particuli\u00e8rement en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/11\/05\/plat-mijote-de-temps-froid-dahl-de-lentilles-corail-curry-et-coco\/\">dahl <\/a>ou en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/01\/21\/galettes-de-lentilles-corail\/\">galettes.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Puisque j&rsquo;aime sortir de ma <strong>zone de confort<\/strong> sans trop bousculer <strong>mes petites habitudes<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;innover et de concocter ce<strong>\u00a0d\u00e9licieux houmous de lentilles corail<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Cr\u00e9meux comme tout, avec <strong>une saveur \u00ab\u00a0qui change\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, ce houmous a eu son petit succ\u00e8s!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour un gros bocal de houmous<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de lentilles corail crues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">200 gr de pois chiches cuits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tahin <em>(pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">quelques gouttes de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une pinc\u00e9e de cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> les lentilles et <strong>d\u00e9posez-les<\/strong> dans le bol du mixeur avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients,<strong> mixez<\/strong> longuement pour obtenir un houmous bien cr\u00e9meux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Conservez<\/strong> le houmous dans un bocal au frigo pendant 5 jours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>A servir \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif avec des <strong>crackers<\/strong> et des crudit\u00e9s, \u00e0 emporter en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/a-emporter\/\"> pique-nique<\/a> ou \u00e0 tartiner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement sur de belles tranches de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/05\/07\/pain-au-levain-maison-sans-gluten-croute-croustillante-et-mie-moelleuse\/\">pain<\/a>!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
