font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Petit plat du sud: <strong>ratatouille et pancakes fa\u00e7on socca<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ces <strong>tambouilles savoureuses<\/strong> sont parties d&rsquo;un d\u00e9fi que nous nous sommes lanc\u00e9 avec <strong>mon amie Elodie<\/strong>, auteure du blog <a href=\"https:\/\/mamanentransition.com\/author\/mamanentransition\/\">Maman en transition<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elodie a quitt\u00e9 <strong>notre belle Normandie<\/strong> il y a quelques ann\u00e9es pour poser ses valises sous le soleil d&rsquo;Antibes, la veinarde!.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Si elle n&rsquo;a pas la m\u00eame alimentation que moi, cette <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s curieuse et cuisine avec <strong>Louis<\/strong>, son fils de 2 ans, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/carnet-de-cookies\/\">\u00ab\u00a0cookies de tata Quinoa\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>, je fonds toujours lorsqu&rsquo;elle m&rsquo;envoie des photos du <strong>petit qui se r\u00e9gale de mes tambouilles<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Puisque nous aimons toutes les deux la nouveaut\u00e9, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous lancer un petit challenge entre copines: <strong>un partage de r\u00e9gions dans l&rsquo;assiette<\/strong>! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elodie devait r\u00e9aliser<strong> un plat Normand<\/strong> pendant que je concoctais <strong>une tambouille aux saveurs du sud<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la nostalgie a op\u00e9r\u00e9 et elle a cuisin\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/mamanentransition.com\/2020\/07\/08\/challenge-quinoaetbasmati\/\">d\u00e9licieuse blanquette v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne<\/a> que je vous invite \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir sur son blog.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quant \u00e0 moi, avec tous<strong> les beaux l\u00e9gumes d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> qui emplissent mon frigo en ce moment,<strong> la ratatouille<\/strong> \u00e9tait une \u00e9vidence!\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"> J&rsquo;adore <strong>ce plat si simple <\/strong>fait de petits d\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes fondants, d&rsquo;ail, d&rsquo;oignon et d&rsquo;une bonne huile d&rsquo;olive&#8230;, il permet de faire des combinaisons sympas qui ont toujours tout bon: <strong>ratatouille\/riz<\/strong> (la classique!), <strong>ratatouille\/quinoa<\/strong> (miam!),<strong> ratatouille froide en salade<\/strong>, et m\u00eame <strong>ratatouille en wraps<\/strong> pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/a-emporter\/\">les tambouilles \u00e0 emporter<\/a>!<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Cette fois, puisqu&rsquo;il fallait jouer la carte du Sud jusqu&rsquo;au bout, j&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 ma ratatouille de <strong>pancakes moelleux fa\u00e7on socca<\/strong>, cette <strong>sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 Ni\u00e7oise \u00e0 base de farine de pois chiche<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Toutes ces saveurs r\u00e9unies&#8230;.un petit bonheur d&rsquo;assiette!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">80 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de psyllium en poudre (facultatif)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">du sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare la ratatouille<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> les l\u00e9gumes et <strong>d\u00e9taillez-les<\/strong> en petits cubes, <strong>d\u00e9posez-les <\/strong>avec l&rsquo;ail press\u00e9 dans un gros faitout avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (\u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des tomates), <strong>assaisonnez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Couvrez<\/strong> et <strong>faites fondre<\/strong> les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feu doux,<strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les tomates en fin de cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>On pr\u00e9pare les pancakes<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la farine, le psyllium, la poudre \u00e0 lever et le sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;eau en m\u00e9langeant progressivement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> des petits ronds de p\u00e2te dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eapes, <strong>faites cuire<\/strong> les pancakes quelques minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
