font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je recevais une amie pour <strong>un d\u00eener \u00ab\u00a0Quinoa et Basmati\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai compos\u00e9 mon menu avec soin : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/07\/06\/houmous-de-lentilles-corail\/\">houmous de lentilles corail<\/a> pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/04\/19\/gaufres-de-patate-douce-2-0\/\">gaufres de patate douce<\/a> pour le plat, et, en dessert, des<strong> verrines pomme coco toutes fra\u00eeches<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai choisi des ingr\u00e9dients simples pour composer ce <strong>dessert l\u00e9ger et gourmand<\/strong> : du <strong>yaourt de coco<\/strong> nature, un peu de <strong>miel<\/strong>, des <strong>pommes<\/strong> bien sucr\u00e9es et des <strong>noix<\/strong> croquantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai servi les verrines avec des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/05\/02\/petits-biscuits-au-miel-et-a-la-cannelle-sans-gluten-vegans\/\"> biscuits au miel et \u00e0 la cannelle<\/a>, le <strong>mariage de la pomme et de la coco<\/strong> a fait son petit effet et mes <strong>verrines<\/strong> ont eu du succ\u00e8s, de quoi finir le repas en beaut\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 3 grosses verrines<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">300 gr de yaourt de coco nature<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 belles pommes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une poign\u00e9e de noix<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Lavez<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9pluchez<\/strong> les pommes, <strong>d\u00e9taillez-les<\/strong> en tout petits d\u00e9s et <strong>faites-les fondre<\/strong> dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu doux avec une cuill\u00e8re de miel et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong> au frais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langeZ<\/strong> le yaourt avec une cuill\u00e8re de miel et <strong>d\u00e9posez-le<\/strong> dans des verrines, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les pommes fondantes par dessus et <strong>parsemez<\/strong> de noix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
