{"id":6846,"date":"2020-08-08T10:11:55","date_gmt":"2020-08-08T08:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=6846"},"modified":"2020-08-08T10:11:55","modified_gmt":"2020-08-08T08:11:55","slug":"crackers-aux-lentilles-vertes-aux-graines-de-sesames","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/08\/08\/crackers-aux-lentilles-vertes-aux-graines-de-sesames\/","title":{"rendered":"Crackers aux lentilles vertes aux graines de s\u00e9sames"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ces crackers aux lentilles vertes et aux graines de s\u00e9sames devraient particuli\u00e8rement vous plaire par ces jours de grosses chaleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Imaginez une<strong> belle table ap\u00e9ritive<\/strong>: des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/07\/18\/duo-de-melons-a-la-menthe-fraiche\/\">billes de melon frais<\/a>, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/08\/27\/cake-du-soleil-a-la-farine-de-pois-chiche\/\">cake sal\u00e9 aux saveurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>, du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/07\/06\/houmous-de-lentilles-corail\/\">houmous maison<\/a> et nos fameux crackers pour le d\u00e9guster!<\/p>\n<p>Puisque je n&rsquo;ai jamais de secret pour vous, il s&rsquo;agit en fait, ni plus ni moins, de ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/07\/16\/crackers-aperitifs-aux-graines\/\">crackers \u00e0 la farine de pois chiche<\/a> que j&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 version<strong> lentilles vertes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pas besoin de s&rsquo;\u00e9quiper en farine, il suffit juste de moudre les <strong>lentilles<\/strong> en fine poudre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un moulin et de les m\u00e9langer avec un peu d&rsquo;eau, d&rsquo;<strong>huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong> et et d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez vous tenter, vous y prendrez go\u00fbt!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour une vingtaine de crackers<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr de lentilles vertes<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>de l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 ajuster<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de cumin<\/li>\n<li>des graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>du sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Passez<\/strong> les lentilles au moulin pour obtenir une farine<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la farine obtenue avec l&rsquo;huile, le cumin et le sel puis <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;eau tr\u00e8s progressivement de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former une boule de p\u00e2te compacte<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9talez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te au rouleau entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson sur une \u00e9paisseur de 1mm, <strong>parsemez<\/strong> de graines de s\u00e9same et <strong>passez<\/strong> le rouleau une derni\u00e8re fois pour que les graines s&rsquo;incrustent dans la p\u00e2te<\/p>\n<p><strong>Placez<\/strong> au four sur une plaque pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>D\u00e9vorez!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P.S: J&rsquo;adore glisser ces crackers dans mon bento pour accompagner toutes mes recettes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/a-emporter\/\">\u00e0 emporter<\/a> en pique nique!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ces crackers aux lentilles vertes et aux graines de s\u00e9sames devraient particuli\u00e8rement vous plaire par ces jours de grosses chaleurs.
