font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce peut \u00eatre un<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/carnet-de-cookies\/\"> cookie<\/a>, une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/03\/09\/madeleines-a-la-coco-paleo\/\">madeleine<\/a>, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2017\/11\/17\/sables-croquants-choco-noisettes\/\">sabl\u00e9<\/a>&#8230;tant que j&rsquo;ai <strong>ma petit touche de douceur<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Cette fois-ci, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire des <strong>minis pancakes<\/strong>, de la taille de biscuits, en m\u00e9langeant des <strong>saveurs<\/strong> que j&rsquo;adore et qui se marient \u00e0 merveille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De la <strong>pomme<\/strong>, de la <strong>cannelle<\/strong>, du <strong>sarrasin<\/strong>, du <strong>miel<\/strong>&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai r\u00e2p\u00e9 finement la pomme pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te afin de rendre les minis pancakes encore plus <strong>moelleux<\/strong>, et c&rsquo;est une bonne id\u00e9e que j&rsquo;ai eu l\u00e0, ils \u00e9taient hyper <strong>fluffys et savoureux<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai pu finir mon d\u00e9jeuner en beaut\u00e9 et j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 mon r\u00e9pertoire une nouvelle recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/et-que-ca-saute\/\">pancakes<\/a> que je ne manquerai pas de refaire en <strong>version maxi pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 8 minis pancakes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">40 gr de farine de sarrasin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">10 gr de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de cannelle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 ml de lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucres ajout\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de psyllium (facultatif)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la farine, la cannelle, la poudre \u00e0 lever et le psyllium<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
