font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Chez moi, le flan, c&rsquo;est une histoire qui revient souvent: il y a le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/05\/15\/flan-fluffy-a-la-vanille-sans-gluten-sans-lait-paleo\/\">flan nature sans p\u00e2te<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/04\/01\/flan-patissier-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">flan p\u00e2tissier<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/06\/03\/flan-coco-moelleux-comme-tout\/\">flan \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a>, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/15\/minis-flans-a-la-banane-paleos\/\">minis flan pal\u00e9os \u00e0 la banane<\/a> et m\u00eame le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/05\/26\/flan-dasperges-au-saumon-cuit-a-la-vapeur-douce-sans-gluten-sans-lait\/\">flan sal\u00e9<\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je trouve que <strong>ce g\u00e2teau a quelque chose de l&rsquo;enfance<\/strong> qui fait tout oublier le temps de sa d\u00e9gustation&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Et puis maintenant, ce <strong>flan aux abricots secs<\/strong>, tout <strong>acidul\u00e9<\/strong> et vraiment pas compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, dont je ne me passe plus!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Des \u0153ufs frais, du lait d&rsquo;amande sans sucre, un peu de f\u00e9cule, du miel et des abricots secs bien moelleux&#8230;des ingr\u00e9dients simples pour un dessert tellement r\u00e9confortant!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 6 parts<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">500 ml de lait d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 gr de f\u00e9cule (j&rsquo;utilise de l&rsquo;arrow root)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">une vingtaine d&rsquo;abricots secs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites chauffer<\/strong> le lait dans une casserole avec le miel et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Battez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs avec la f\u00e9cule, <strong>versez<\/strong> le lait chaud, m\u00e9langez au fouet et <strong>replacez<\/strong> le m\u00e9lange dans la casserole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites chauffer<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant au fouet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe (il faut qu&rsquo;elle puisse napper une cuill\u00e8re).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Placez<\/strong> une feuille de papier cuisson dans le fond d&rsquo;un moule rectangulaire et <strong>r\u00e9partissez<\/strong> la moiti\u00e9 des abricots dessus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration et <strong>recouvrez-la<\/strong> avec le reste des abricots<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> une quarantaine de minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez refroidir<\/strong>, <strong>placez<\/strong> le flan au frigo pendant quelques heures avant de le d\u00e9mouler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
